I was able to try an ice cream flavored with their local Sour Orange used in cochinita pabil, and my wife was able to try their take on a local pumpkin and even a local mushroom! All flavors exceeded my expectations and made me wish I returned each day to try a new flavor. Instead of a tourist shop serving heaps of Oreo-flavored gelato, you will be greeted with a friendly smile and a touch of the Yucatan.
