I brought my 2025 BMW M340i to MPI for a full performance install -- everything from tires, exhaust, intercooler, charge pipe, to tuning -- and most of the work was handled very professionally. The staff is friendly, the shop is well-equipped, and they were patient with all my questions throughout the process. However, I did run into a serious issue that I think is important to mention. After the install, I began experiencing multiple check engine lights, drivetrain warnings, and rattling noises that made the car feel off despite being brand new. After weeks of frustration and diagnostics, I took the car to Davie Motorsports, where they discovered that the downpipe was installed without the required O-ring -- and instead putty was used to seal the joint. That oversight caused the exact symptoms I was experiencing. I had to locate the O-ring myself at home and bring it to them so the issue could be resolved. While I understand mistakes can happen, this kind of detail really matters, especially with high-performance setups where everything depends on proper sealing and fitment. That said, I do appreciate the work MPI did overall, and the car feels amazing now that the issue is corrected. I just hope they use this feedback as a reminder to double-check the small things that can have a big impact. read more

So I recently purchased a 2015 335i XDrive. I've been wanting to do things to my car for a while and I asked everyone I knew for suggestions on where to go. MPI was highly recommended by many of my friends so I gave them a call. Antoan and Ray took excellent care of me and made my 335 sound and ride like my dream car! They explained everything to me extremely well and honestly make you feel like family while your there. These guys do amazing work, I could also tell from all the GTR's and M3's I saw there in one day. They did full bolt ons and a tune in one day of work. Which was extremely Convenient as well. I bought my 2008 Corvette to have new rotors and ceramic pads installed. They were very professional and had the vehicle ready when promised. While my car was there I decided to go ahead and have them remove my calipers and I had them powder coated next door. They worked with me and they did an awesome job. Before doing business Mr. Jorge called me every day and answered all the questions, after I decided to do it my truck was over 20 days to be ready and even then it did not end. I call him to finish the job and they do not respond. it promises you things that it does not fulfill and it always makes excuses to you until it stops answering calls. I had a heat exchanger installed and it was not bled which could have caused engine & turbo damage, I took it back again all their mechanic did is take my car for a joy ride for 30 minutes, they then lied And said they bled it which was false, they never used an airvac tool to remove the air, I had to pay $300 at the dealer to finish the job, I went to ask the owner a question and he ignored me, I want a shop that appreciates Your business and is going to do the job right and not feed you lies. I would not recommend this place. Should have gone to the dealer to get the job done right in the first place and spent more time & money going here. read more

Came in for a CEL that was previously checked by Auto Zone for a DMT leak. Was a returning customer who payed $1,800 on previous repairs. Was issued a contract to be able to "work on the vehicle" that had a $125 charge. I was hesitant to sign because I didn't want to pay $125 for them to plug a computer into the car and give me a quote of how much it would cost to change the DMT. I signed the contract assuming I wasn't going to be charged the invoices amount. After confirming it was a DMT, I asked if I could buy the part and install it myself. They mentioned to just allow them to do the repair because it would be the same as paying for the labor. $200 for the part and $125 diagnostic fee. The labor and material would've been $345. I was left with having to pay for a diagnostic fee I never agreed on paying since it was never stated on the invoice nor was it stated clearly verbally. They refuse to release the car until I pay for the Diagnostic. They could careless what you have to say after the contract is signed. Definitely won't be coming back for future maintenance. read more
