February 2022 I went to Rancho Springs Medical Center as I was experience miscarriage symptoms. Upon arrival, my boyfriend dropped me off at the front door so I could hurry in as he found parking. I walked in actively bleeding, crying, and barely able to take the pain. A security guard got me a wheelchair and left me in the emergency room line. My boyfriend then ran in the facility to be by my side. The security immediately started harassing him regarding Covid, masks, etc. He put on a mask but was told he needed to leave as patients only were allowed in the er at the time, at there were ACTIVELY couples and multiple parents with children in the ER. My boyfriend and I pointed this out, with tears streaming down our faces. Finally my boyfriend agreed to leave once he knew I was checked in safely. Once gone, my boyfriend stood at the windows of the ER where I could see him, staying on the phone talking to me through it. The same security and another guard started talking together and looking at me. He then wheeled me to the hallway, by myself, unable to see the windows. As I was in a wheelchair still bleeding and in pain, my boyfriend found a door with a small window he was able to see me through if he stood on a bench OUTSIDE of the hospital, through another set of double doors in a unit that was closed as it was midnight. During this time, two more couples entered the ER together and nothing was said to them. Some time later the guard noticed my bf and rushed past me POINTING AT ME stating "her boyfriend is causing problems" to the nurses. A nurse stopped me and asked me what was going on, as I explained hysterical abt the guard. He came over and began raising his voice saying that my boyfriend is not allowed to stand on hospital property and he will be escorted out of the parking lot, etc.; I was wheeled back to where my boyfriend could see me by the nurse, and did not see the guard the rest on the night. I was told by staff when I called file a complaint about abt him, that they would contact this security company. Fast forward to December 2022, the same security guard was working in the Labor and Delivery unit, when my sister delivered her twins. I walked in and the same security guard has the audacity to look me in the eye and say "hey you look really familiar". I took his picture and his badge information. I lost my baby that night in February 2022 and this security guard made my experience even more traumatizing. He should not be working in such a care taking, needed environment - at the very least. read more

This morning On March 25 around 3 AM I have an altercation with supervisor chip selstad the altercation transpired due to him not liking the fact that I did not want to sign two documents that I previous supervisor brought to my attention I refuse to sign and he became irate due to me not wanting to sign mind you I called him because my menstrual head started around 2 AM and I called him around 2:20 AM and he made me wait for an hour with no sanitary napkin so I'm basically sitting in blood he didn't arrive until 3:30 AM and when he did I tried to leave due to the fact that I had just found out he gave me a ride up earlier that day and I was just trying to get home to clean myself up as a woman I felt nasty so I was trying to get home as soon as possible he stopped me and then gave me a paper stating that I would now be an on-call security officer I asked why wasn't I given that paper earlier today with the other supervisor he stated it was because I didn't sign the documents earlier she decided to put me on call I told him I will not be signing that as well and when I tried to hand it back to him he then reached in my car grab my wrist and snatch the papers out of my hand because he wanted to know whyI didn't want to sign the two right of documents I know I should've had him on camera but I didn't get the beginning but I got the end and inside the video I clearly asked him why would you physically grab me and reach inside my car and he said because which is stating that he knows what he did and then he tried to switch it up I am 5"2 it was three something in the morning he's a tall big guy and a man can overpower a woman at all times if the company I was guarding will show my bosses the footage because he was right in front of a camera it would clearly support what I'm stating right now officer selstad is not all nice like he tries to portray and mind you all of this happened because of the previous encounter. He's unprofessional he use foul language he was aggressive towards me and at that moment I definitely was scared I know I'm a big girl and I definitely feel like I can handle myself but towards A man I could never. I can care less about losing the job there's plenty of other jobs in the world I just feel very violated by the whole situation in itself that's the only reason why I'm sharing such a long speech. read more

We just went to Southwest Healthcare Rancho Springs Hospital because my wife woke up in ago izing pain not knowing what was wrong. When we got there firstly, Never been in an ER where they just didnt give a flying fuck about their patients. Once a nurse took my wife to "register" her, She got upset with my wife because she wasnt happy when she was talking to her? While she is in pain.. In the end this nurse decided to refuse to register my wife and then the security guard who sits in the front decides to try and interject himself into the co conversation because he was clearly eaves dropping. He refused to give his name and had his badge backwards. We are looking to submit a formal complaint if anybody could help that would be great. Already submitted a formal complaint to the CA consumer for that Nurses License. The time this happened was October 29, 2023 at 5:30-6:30 AM. (The date and time is so that we know who was working on that shift) Descriptions of both. Nurse was 25-35 Reddish yellow hair with a mask on, Heavily caked face with makeup and long probably fake eyelashes. Male was mid 30s to mid 50s. Balding, Glasses, On the obsese side and occupation rent a cop. If this community can help track down those Involved in this incident. 10 minutes ago NEW I use to work for this company, literally as of 8/8/23! Please seek employment else where! This company does not value their employees, they lack support, empathy, the CLIENT IS ALWAYS RIGHT even when they disrespect security. Especially at RANCHO SPRING HOSPITAL! NURSE YANA IN 1 EAST blond hair and thick glasses very rude, she put her hand in my face waved me off as if I was nothing. She was very disrespectful. When brought to HR attention and Robert Ramirez I was told the hospital has "Leverage" over the company! Upon discovery I learned that RANCHO SPRINGS gave MPS a 7% raise however we only receive $16.00 a hour. We remove deceased bodies, hands on with 5150, wheel patients (which where not supposed to do) deliver food to nurses ( how is that security duties) ect all for $16.00 a hour! We are told to do WHATEVER they ask and get, disrespected at the same time! FILED SUPERVISOR COREY WARREN must be watched! He's a BLACK man that down talks BLACK WOMAN. HE walks around the hospital making comments like "ILL FUCK THE SHIT OUT OF HER" Talking about one of the officers. My French Bulldog puppy Sofia is a happy go lucky sweetheart! She got so excited that she ran over to an MPS security guard who clearly got his lunch money taken away everyday in school more than likely accompanied by a wedgie. Anyway, that waste of space kicked Sofia so hard across the face that she flipped backwards on the asphalt and had cherry eye the next day. When confronted this COWARD said that his company saw the video and had his back 100%!!! He also said he has video footage of Sofia attacking him!!!! YEAH RIGHT, you LYING DOUCHEBAG!!!!!!!! MPS Security are true professionals. They take pride in their work. even down to the guards uniform standards. I, unfortunately had to head down to Inland Valley Medical Center after receiving news, that someone close to me was in a bad accident. Upon arriving to the hospital, distraught and little distracted because of the current situation, it was nice and comforting being greeting by such a professional security guard at check in. He was an absolute gentleman. After checking me in as a visitor, he made it a priority to point me the right direction for the ICU and even walked me back to my vehicle as I had to drive around to the other side of the hospital. Considering the times we are living in and the fact that it was pitch black outside, it was comforting knowing my safety was their main concern. MPS was fantastic! We hired them to assist a client of ours during a difficult termination and it was a relief to have such a professional team in MPS assisting. We were able to easily contact their coordinator and get a security guard assigned quickly, and they were adaptable when we had to step up the termination due to incidents that were occurring. The guard was onsite on time, was professional, and he kept a watchful eye on where everyone was going and who was coming to the office. He helped escort the hostile employee off the premises and The client was appreciative of the sense of security he provided having him present in the days thereafter. As a former employee of this company, I have seen this company grow within the past 5 yrs. I do have to say, I did have a bad experience with a particular guard at one of the local hospitals, That left a bad impression with me, for that time being. But to be completely fair & honest I know that within every company big & small we are bound to encounter a bad seed or two. I see the MPS Security guards all throughout Murrieta and Temecula. They protect our shopping centers, hospitals, parks, and housing communities. In particular, I spoke to a guard at Inland Valley Medical Center, Tally, she was incredibly smart and thoughtful to not only the visitors but more importantly the staff of the hospital.
