We texted Pat today and he was able to get us a quote right away and super affordable. On top of that he was able to fit us in same day as it was our only day off. He mounted our tv in our new home and gave us suggestions. I'll definitely know who to call in the future when we upgrade our tv! Hehe

No we do not recommend MVP company. I am currently looking for another company to do rework this company didn't complete correctly. Furthermore, the owner is blaming us for the wires dropping and exposing again. We never touched that TV. This was part of the work they were supposed to complete approximately 2 plus months ago. I have pictures from 2024 and 2025. First picture is 2024. Second is wires dropping again after MVP was supposed to secure and/or eliminate so they were never secured. Now the guy wants more money for work that wasn't completed correctly. I will be posting additional reviews on google because I feel like I was ripped off.

Highly recommend MVP! Had a 65" TV mounted over our fireplace and everything came out perfect. The install was clean, secure, and exactly how we wanted it. I called Pat and He answered right away. He wasn't worried about making money he cared more about taking care of my problem. He tried to help me over the phone and he would've done that but I told him it was better if he come by. Because we might need some more equipment and I wanted to get a little class from him to show me and my wife how to work our music system. He's very knowledgeable and had a solution right away! The first guy that installed the system was using the wrong wires and the receiver was heating up it could've caused a fire. Pat's suggestion is he's coming out Monday and he's going to bring a amp, take care of the overheating and create a real easy solution. By a Sonos system so both me and my wife can control the music on our phones. It's very hard to find somebody that doesn't worry about money as much as taking care of your problems. Affordable prices and he sat down with me for a while to make sure I got what he was saying he's Just a great guy. I highly recommend him, I'm an electrical contractor and I need an audio video low-voltage guy. He is gonna be my connection for people that need those services. Best TV mounting service..DONT HIT UP THE TIKTOK HANDY MANS. BE SMART. Just because a $100 less it will end up being all mickey mouse...then you gotta hit up Pat and Damian to come back to fix it. Do it right the first time with MVP and you will be happy. Buy the box. It offers pretty much everything for free. Channels tv shows movies premium channels. We started our home theater business in 2008 when the economy changed when we noticed people staying home with red box and netflix instead of going to the high priced big houses. With the costs of the other company's so high for install and parts and they really dont educate the customers on what you need, we decided to do things different and start a full service TV installation company & security cameras and we haven't looked back. We called Mobile Video regarding a situation with our surround sound system in our family room. We talked to Pat and explained the problem, we switched from Disk TV to Direct TV. After the installation all appeared to be well, except we did not test the outside speakers in the patio, they were not working, I called Direct TV and was unable to get any assistance. I called Mobile Video Plus, and explained the situation to Pat, he had me send him pictures of the back of the Direct TV box and the back of the surround sound receiver, Pat saw the problem, and pointed out that the wire that connects the Direct TV box to our surround sound receiver were missing, we replaced it and now our outside speakers are working again ( the Direct TV installer forgot to hook up the wires, and left our house with them. We bought a new set this morning and fixed the problem). I am a retired first responder, in our department, we have a set of Core Values which we share with the community we serve, among the Core Values are "Caring, Community, & Commitment, Pat demonstrated these Core Values yesterday when he assisted my wife and I over the phone for no charge, my wife and I have entered Pat as our TV Guy on our phones and will be using him for now on. We also will be passing on to our friends and neighbors that Mobile Video Plus is the place to call when you have a problems with your home entertainment systems. I would rate Mobile Video Plus 10+ Stars, but I can only give them 5 stars. Thanks again Pat & Mobile Video Plus for your help. read more

After reading the review posted by Mr. Ira Pupko I had to post a review. Mobile Video Plus is a company with a fantastic reputation and proven success by many many satisfied customers. I happen to run a real estate company and have had Mobile Video Plus install TV's in our office. He has worked with several of our agents with their clients as well, installing everything from hanging a flat screen TV to full Home Theatre systems. He has been highly recommended to multiple businesses and Real Estate Firms throughout San Diego and Riverside County. I find it a real shame when someone like this person Mr. Ira Pupko posts trash like the above comment. I went one step further and googled Ira Pupko's name... and if you do that... it will explain the "character" of this individual. In BOLD LETTERS.. IRA PUPKO...COMPLAINTS, REVIEWS, SCAMMING CON-ARTIST. As a business owner and CEO myself I find it offensive to all hard working honest people with high integrity to be smeared on social media sites. Not sure why Mary Q had such a problem; probably did not initially provide a decent explanation of the install she needed and/or wasn't home for the install. These guys were great! Had a 55" flat screen and sound bar installed over my fireplace. Showed up a little earlier than expected, worked though an unanticipated problem with an 8" thick unknown wall beam, had everything working, and cleaned up and looking good within a few hours. Installed a power jack, routed wall wires/cables, repaired dry wall, and even took the time to educate me on the remote control for my system. Price was very reasonable - and these guys knew what they were doing. These were not amateur Geek Squad guys, whom I unfortunately paid more for less the last time. I called Pat after Googling around a bit for A/V people in Temecula. Very brusque man, doesn't like to waste words. We discussed our project, which was to set up a small gameroom/pseudo-home theater. Now I'll be honest and say I really don't know much about any of this at all, and I've been burned in the past by fast-talking salesman. I appreciated Pat's honesty and upfrontness. He laid out what had to be done, the wires that had to be run, holes drilled, etc. in easy terms, and once we pulled the trigger he came out with his assistant and got it done in a day. Now that I think back about it, a lot of it probably could've been done on my own if I'd done a bit of homework first but I didn't really feel comfortable running cables through my walls and figured it was best left to the professionals. All in all not a bad job for the money spent. read more

Not sure what the review down at the bottom is all about... the first sentence says "I never make it personal" but it sounds pretty personal to me. I'm one of the many customers Pat's never had a problem with... you know what they say, the squeaky wheel gets the grease... anyway, Pat came over to my home in Murrieta and provided an estimate. I discussed it with the wife and we agreed to move forward. The job was pretty straightforward from there on... we did meet his "right hand man" Steven and he was pleasant and professional, certainly not the bumbling incompetent person the review made him out to be. Our system was installed pretty quickly and with the exception of a wallplate that had to be redone, we have had no problems with it. Smooth sailing all around. Definitely recommend the service for anyone in the area. read more

We had an incredible experience with MVP Home Theaters from start to finish. Their professionalism, thorough planning, and attention to detail were top-notch. Pat, Jaysen, and wade were the most professional, considerate and entertaining workers I've ever delt with. I contacted pat to hang a tv and install the 2000$ home theater package with outdoor speakers. Considering I have a double story home pat advised I get crown molding to hide the wires which seemed to be my only option. As a professional company they were clean, fast and efficient when it came to start of the project all the way to the end, including teaching me and my wife how to use everything. Pat and his team from MVP are awesome! Our history with them goes back to 2012. They have mounted several TVs, installed receivers and hooked them to the surround sound speakers and linked everything to an easy to use remote control. Just recently, we ran into a problem with one of our speaker systems not working. We called Pat and although booked for the day, he squeezed us in and within minutes he had the problem solved! Pat Cronin and Mobile Video Plus were recommended to me by one of my neighbors on a neighborhood website where we share recommendations. Patrick was so responsive when helping me set up my appointment and figure out everything I needed. We had a complicated setup because we wanted the install done on a wall without existing electricity. They sent out an electrician and two guys, Jim and Jaysen, to do the mount. They were quick, on time, and nice. The pricing was great too! I'd gotten a couple different quotes elsewhere and this place was one of the lowest prices. My tv setup looks amazing. Pat and his whole team was AMAZING! They came in and made my vision into a reality! After purchasing a new home and having contractors left and right not show up, or not delivered what they had promised, Pat and Jaysen came in and over delivered. It was a big job that included 2 complete home theater systems along with wiring the house with a complete sonos system, 14 speakers, and the entire outside backyard. MVP did an awesome job hanging up our 55" TV. Their work is precise & super professional. They're are no gimmicks and no hidden fees. They let me know up front what the costs would be and only made adjustments if I approved it before hand. The crew is respectful and very clean during the installation and when they leave! During COVID19 I moved my office home permanently and and added audio visual to my home office for first time. Jason & Patrick installed my TV and sound bar on the wall above the fireplace and did a fanstasic job. They were stuck in traffic and were a little late and called me twice. Jason also made sure everything was working and took the time to show me. They cleaned everything up and were very respectful. I needed my TV mounted, but let's be real--my dainty little hands were no match for power tools and drywall. Enter Pat and his crew, who were absolute legends. Super friendly, great communicators, and they kept me in the loop the whole time like I was part of the team (minus the heavy lifting). They even removed my old TV and wall mount like it was nothing.
