This was done for a small fee, and well worth it for the security of knowing which tent was best to rent! Working over the phone and email to discuss options, and determine our final package with JoAnn was very easy. They delivered the tents, tables, chairs and fan that we ordered, a couple days before our event. The delivery team was incredibly kind, and worked in a quick manner! Everything stayed put for the event, and kept our guests cool and dry. They picked up everything the day after our event. There were no problems at all; everything was smooth. I rented a bounce house combo with some chairs at a very reasonable price. The only issue I had was having to call them several times to pick up the rental. They were suppose to pick it up on Sunday night after the event but did not pick it up until Tuesday. Everything was still sitting outside waiting on their crew to pick it up. So from Sunday to Tuesday, I was paranoid, I didn't want to be charged or responsible if it was stolen or damaged.
