The bouquets for me and my ten bridesmaids were some of the most beautiful flowers I have ever seen. I wanted a very neutral, natural theme with a touch of succulents and Caroline delivered! I was offered $100 for the "misunderstanding" which I did not take because I will never get that night back, that moment, or the pictures missed. They claimed it wasn't in my contract but when I looked on DocuSign the day after I signed and submitted changes were made to the document. Now they are currently fighting to get my review off of the knot. I also spent hours on a playlist and he played what he wanted to play.

They helped to set up the event an hour before it started, clean up after everyone, and helped break down the wedding afterwards. Having Megan and Nancy there really gave me peace of mind and I was able to thoroughly enjoy the night knowing that they had everything taken care of.
