We have been using them for about 4 years and they are excellent. They are dependable and do a great job.

I don't often give 5 Stars but I just had to update my review because I've been walking around my parents house yelling IT SMELLS SO GOOD over and over since they left earlier this morning. A specific highlight that I really enjoy is their folding tactics. Even folding my dogs blankets inside their beds. Another cute little surprise that makes me feel like I'm in a hotel is the tissue art (rose made out of tissues in the bathroom). These two are all about the details. Bravo once again! read more

Today we had our first cleaning with Mr. & Mrs. Clink. First of all I received a call back Right away. Cirlene worked with me on dates to come clean the house. She was so accommodating. Today I could Not get over how great our home smelled ! Whatever they use is amazing. I keep Going around the house and seeing things they did- wipe down picture frames.... Our appliances look spotless, wiped down our kitchen cabinets, dusted everything you could see ..... even folded the dog blankets and set up the toys. I just can't say enough ...... thank you ! We appreciate all You did today and we will see you again in two weeks. read more

We were very disappointed with the service and responsiveness. I won't go into the poor level of cleaning but the worst was that we would get text messages the day before to change the scheduled cleaning date. This happened at least 50% of the time. This last time we told Cirlene we couldn't change the day. She confirmed her crew would be there on the original scheduled date. They never showed and Cirlene, to this day, has never responded back to any of our numerous messages. We have hired another service and disappointed that we wasted our time with Mr and Mrs Klink Cleaning Services. read more

The cleaning and the price are both average. There was more that could have gotten done because we were paying $140 for 4 hours and they were finishing in 3 hours. The real reason for the one star is that she ghosted us a month ago. We were concerned about her and tried contacting her a number of times, no response. Out of the blue she texts, saying she can send someone over, then decides to just blow us off a second time!!! That's just Cirlene, I guess, she did the same to the person who recommended her. read more

Fast, efficient, and thorough. Bit pricey at $100 an hour but a great job. Hard to believe the difference before and after accomplished in only an hour and a half. Would recommend to others read more

Just came home from work to what feels like a new home! Cilene and her team did a deep clean. They cleaned parts of my home that I thought were unreachable (ceiling fan in a vaulted room). My hardwood floors have never looked this good. She moved furniture to get every corner of the rooms. My bathrooms are spotless. Plus my house smells great! Should have hired her a long time ago, but thanks to so many positive and accurate reviews, I took a chance and am beyond pleased. Will definitely be having her back regularly. Insisting on coming to my home before quoting a price. Set an appointment and they never showed or text they weren't coming. Contacted them and they apologized and rescheduled for 2 days later. Didn't show for the 2nd appointment and again didn't contact me. I've moved on to another service. read more

When looking for a new cleaning service, there can be a fair amount of unease bringing someone into your home. I called in the morning and Mr & Mrs Klink came for a walk through and gave me an estimate that same afternoon. There are plenty of references from very happy long-term customers. The outcome from the deep cleaning was excellent. The attention to detail and pride in their work was evident in the result- a clean home with several flourishes. The kitchen and bathrooms sparkled. I am your average everyday senior who was looking for a cleaning service that was affordable and effective. I almost never write reviews, but I thought this one stood out enough to deserve one. Five stars! The Klink family cleaning service is a 30ish husband and wife , Cirlene, Jason, and a hired worker Adriana. They are licensed, bonded and insured. Cirline came to the house and gave me a flat rate for cleaning that was on par with six other services I had spoken to. She gave me a consistent time slot. They showed up on time! OMG , Did they clean! They opened windows and cleaned the outside of the window sills. They wiped down the windows. They climbed up on chairs and cleaned ceiling fans. Every lamp got wiped down. I saw Jason remove candles from candle holders and wipe down the candle holders. They cleaned the inside of the microwave, cleaned the inside of the toaster oven. They took every refrigerator magnet off, cleaned the refrigerator door and then put everything back. They moved 90% of the chairs, recliners, and other furniture and cleaned underneath. Jason actually took the cat box out of the shower in the bathroom, cleaned the shower and put the cat box back. They took the time to replace empty toilet paper rolls, and then folded the end of the toilet paper to make a tiny paper rose! Totally silly, but something you remember. And not a single cat "gift" left for me to deal with(I have three cats). I saw Cirlene move the coffee table in the TV room and vacuum the rug underneath it. I would say they've done an outstanding job for the first day. They far exceeded my expectations . They clearly take immense pride in their work. 5 stars for sure. I did ask them if they could make me young famous and beautiful. Jason looked at me and said "that will take a lot of work!" Add an extra point for sense of humor. read more
