Okay so a few months have passed by. But I really did want to take my time and say how amazing this company is. On March 30, 2023 I contacted Mr. Ballon, he immediately answered my messages and gave me a great explanation on how everything worked. Decors, colors , so forth. In between March 30 to the day of my baby shower (May 28, 2023). We did keep in contact, he asked me how I wanted things and how envisioned my baby shower. Yes I was being picky cause I wanted everything to be perfect. Well on May 23, 2023 I went to get my mani done. I received a call from Jasmines party hall. Well last minute she told me she couldn't do the colors I wanted because she didn't have them. Jasmines party hall said it would cost way more just to get those colors. So stressing, I called Mr Ballon and told him I would have to change the colors because the people from the party hall changed what I wanted. Well he was truly TRULY AMAZING. He tells me, "If it's okay with you, can I do everything for you. I know it's stressful being pregnant and I can only imagine what they put you through. If you don't mind how about I surprise you for your baby shower." When he told me that, I felt relieved, I felt like he knew what I wanted. Well let me tell y'all , he was not wrong what's so ever. The day of the baby shower I showed up to the party hall and there he was decorating. When I walked in and saw the decoration I loved how the hall looked. Just his decorations it's self was beautiful. Made the plain tables look pretty. I truly do recommend this company. You will not regret it. I know for a fact I will keep contacting him for every party we have. If your stressing and he asks if it's okay with you he will plan it, and he has the idea of what you want. Just go with it. I had a horrendous experience with this business. They were supposed to set up at 1 pm for an event that ended at 5 pm, but they showed up incredibly late at 4:45 pm. Their tardiness disrupted the entire occasion, and I was left with little time to enjoy the services I paid the deposit for. It's unacceptable to disregard punctuality, especially for time-sensitive events. I would caution others against relying on this unreliable service. Despite their own mistakes, they tried to shift the blame onto me, displaying a complete lack of accountability. The customer service was appalling, and I felt unjustly accused. I have used Mr.Ballon Studios for many years. Every event they make it special. I have used them for my daughter's birthday, Christmas, New Years Party and if I could use them for every social gathering I have I would. They are extremely profesional, creative, and have an outstanding costumer service. I'm a little embarrassed to admit I'm a pain as a costumer because I like things done just like they are in my head and somehow they always manage to bring it to live. If you're looking for balloon service, look no further, they are the. best. PS: the last set of balloons I had lasted 5 months... Mr. Balloon is the best! I threw a bridal shower for my niece at the bloom and bee. I contracted Covid and was out of commission for two weeks and forgot to hire a balloon artist. Mr. Balloon was so accommodating, and was able to fit us in to his busy schedule. Great communication, great service. The guys who did delivery and set up were so nice and efficient.
