No show. No call. No apology. waiting months for repairs. Every scheduled date has come and gone without any communication or explanation. Multiple phone calls to Mr Bill's either goes unanswered or when answering, an excuse that " they will be at your house tomorrow." Cue up the song from "Annie" because tomorrow NEVER comes. After innumerable calls to inquire when they will show up (and never appear), I have decided to express disappointment in a venue that will hopefully be seen by many. Service is a critical part of tub, pool, or spa ownership. Select a retailer with verified responses to customers. Mr. Bill's is an abject failure in this regard. A good "sale price" is not worth the expense of being ignored, lied to, and dismissed after purchase. read more

0 stars for this review- Rick T- first off they called on a Thursday morning and said we will be there in a half hour to put your new liner in. Really?? a half hour notice? Had to leave work, they said it would take 4 hours, it took almost 9. The said they would get the water, more expensive and less water than H20 to go! Then, when putting the water in, the first 10 seconds of it was brown muddy water. They also shorted us about 1500 gallons of water based on the size of our pool and the table on the internet. We took pictures to document it. The driver of H20 to go confirmed it was short. Bill was rude and doesn't return phone calls. Due to the shortage of water, I told them to take 100 bucks of the bill or bring the rest of the water up. The lady on the phone is also clueless. DO NOT USE THEM for any services. Terrible customer service. We are still finding screws on our deck that we have no idea where they came from. The pool was not put back together like it was when they took it apart. read more

Purchased a pool at Mr. Bill's and had it installed by him. First his equipment tore up my entire side yard so when asked if he would fix the mess an damage he stated for me to just get a bucket of dirt for it. When I stated I dont have the equipment needed for that amount of dirt he stated "well neither do I" and left my yard a big mud hole. Then when I went in to discuss stair cases for my pool, I said I had looked on the internet he told me to "educate myself about stairs before I play internet games". Customer service with him is terrible!!! Very rude and combative!!!! read more

We purchased a hot tub from here & had a far different experience...they had such a small doorway to bring it into our back patio, but were very careful & accomplished it. They were very informative on what treatments it requires, & after 2 years, we still bring in a water sample every month to be tested to make sure everything is spot on (free of charge!) We were very pleased with them! read more

My wife and I are looking at buying a hot tub. We called Mr. Bill's Pools and Spas at least three times to get information on when a certain model hot tub was due to arrive and each time we were promised a call back from Bill, the owner. We never received a call back. The last time we spoke to Bill and he told me "I'll call you back later today" which turned out to be a falsehood as we received no such call. We know he took our name and number down because we visited the store and he wrote it in his notebook. Either Bill is overwhelmed or a bad business man. Do not hire them to do any work for you. We hired them to repair our pool and when they started we discovered it wasn't worth repairing. They were at our house for less than an hour however charged us for 3 hours and a part that was never used and they will not give us the part. When you call, Marion is rude and hangs up the phone and Bill does not return phone calls. By far the most unprofessional and unethical company I have ever dealt with. read more
