i would say this guy should NOT be in the appliance repair business, he came to my home, was not cordial, kind of rude. He was there to look at my refrigerator door, after 15 minutes, he asked if I had some WD40, ( I guess he doesn't carry it ?) he sprayed it on the door hinges and started writing the work-order, he charged me $85 for 30 minutes of not fixing anything, the next day I took the door off the fridge, saw what the issues was, bent bracket, I straightened and bought a nylon washer for $12 and fixed myself in 15 minutes, lesson learned, call someone else. read more

Chris came out to fix my dryer, and I asked if it was worth fixing. He said, "I would tell you honestly if it wasn't worth fixing." So he fixed it, then a week later it broke again and now he won't answer my calls and has even blocked me. The owner is now personally coming out to see about fixing the issue. read more

My husband called them since the appliance company we used before is out of business. The guy came by and diagnosed the problem in 7 minutes. Charged us $150. The man who showed up looked like pigpen and was not friendly at all. My husband called to tell them we will make the repairs ourself and the owner was quite obnoxious and rude about the whole thing. Guy who came to fix my dishwasher looked like a slob. Looked at the dishwasher said it needed a new pump and we gave him cash for the new pump. Took weeks for him to come back and put in the new pump. Said it needed another part and he would come back the next day. He never came back but left the valve for the dishwasher on which flooded our kitchen. Called to have my wash repaired & they came out & said it was the lid lock switch & they'd have the part in, in five days. Said it would be 300 total I said okay & paid him right then. They came back out next week & during the repair ended up breaking another part on the washer (things happen, I get it) & said it would be another five days for the part to get in. When five days went by I reached out to see if they were coming out & he replied with an attitude & said he's covering the part as a courtesy as if he's doing me some sort of favor for covering a part that he broke. The next week they finally come out & fix the lock switch & it wasn't the problem. Turns out it was misdiagnosed & now they told me it's the control board. They said they'd reach out in a couple of days to schedule a date with a new total balance. That was a week ago & now I can't get them to return an email or call. Meanwhile he still has my 300 & didn't fix anything at all on the washer. So I guess I'm just out my money with still a broken washer for over three weeks. So my washer was making a horrible noise when it was spinning. Called Mr Budget and he promptly came the next morning. He said service call was $65 but if he did the work he'd tKe that off. He said he was "whirlpool certified ". Well he listen to it promptly said it was the transmission and bearings and that the washer was junk. It would cost $400 to repair, more than the washer was worth because it was about5 years old which was the average life of these machines. So my husband, who's a very busy man as a mechanical engineer, got on YouTube, spent an hour researching, figuring out this machine has NO TRANSMISSION, ordered parts, costing $130to overnight. He has it fixed with my help in 3 hours, and part of that time was rewatching the YouTube video. So I'm out $65 for a doofus to tell us the machine was broke. Duh. I feel pretty stupid. He's a pretty smart businessman! Take a call, listen to the machine, say I can't fix it and get $65! Pretty good money for a half hour!! read more

I had Mr budget come out to look at my cooktop stove and they diagnosed the problem and charged $75 for the visit. I was told if I let them do the work the $75 would go towards the $300 they wanted to charge to do the work. Down the road I called to have the work done and they couldn't even find the paperwork as to what part to order. I sent a copy of the invoice they had given me for them to order the part. How about 2 weeks later I called to see if they had received the part and left a message and never heard back from them. I called again today and talked to a man named Ruben and I had to send another copy of the invoice. To this day I still have not heard back about the part or when they can come out and fix the stove. I told Ruben I wanted my money back which is the $75 charge and he did not respond. Still waiting for the phone call about the part but now after reading all these horrible reviews about this company, I don't even want them to touch my stove! I issued a check for $200.00 on 06/12/2023 which was about half of cost of repair. Technician Chris said he needed to order part which should arrive in 3-5 days. Roughly 6-7 days later I called since hadn't heard back and set up appointment for the repair. Technician Chris showed up with wrong part and said he would call to order new part and get back to me by end of day but I never heard back from him. The next day, I called and spoke with owner Mark who was immediately combative and proceeded to raise his voice indicating he didn't need to call me back since he didn't know what part was needed and had to research it. When I asked for ETA of when he will complete his "research" and when the part can be ordered so that the repair can be completed, he said he didn't know. I politely told him that I needed the repair done in a timely manner and asked for a refund at which point he yelled No! When I pushed back and insisted on getting my money back (minus the $75 dollars for the house visit), he said I was impatient but finally agreed to the refund. When I asked when I could expect my refund and how much the refund would be, he said he didn't know. When I asked again for a date to expect my refund, he repeated he didn't know and hung up on me. I then had by boyfriend call to speak with him since my boyfriend was the person who initially researched the company and spoke with owner Mark prior to me setting up an appointment with him. He yelled at my BF too but calmed down after BF told him to lower his voice. Mark told BF that he would send me a check sometime after he returned from out of town. Three weeks went by and still no check so BF called Mark back to check status of refund. Mark said he forgot and would send out a check. As of today, 07/21/2023, it has been over 4 weeks since Mark was supposed to refund my $125.00 ($200.00 down payment - $75 house visit fee); he is a crook! read more

To all consumers who value their hard earned money... stay away from these crooks!!! They robbed me for $320 for a supposed broken freezer fan, when in all actuality it was a Freon leak. The technician spent 5 minutes diagnosing the problem. When I called the next day to tell them it wasn't fixed, he then realized it was a leak of the Freon. They wanted another $150 to fix that problem... The owner has terrible customer service, and when I explained I wasted $320 on a repair that was not fixed, his response...
