Ryals bros said SRM should pay for it and SRM concrete says they don't need to take care of it. Both companies blame the other. I was told by Caleb that he doesn't think it's fair to hold a company he uses for concrete responsible since it's the only concrete company they have. SRM says we are too big to care. While we sit here with a 3k bill from Georgia power and 1k in driveway damages. Basically the SRM guy couldn't drive his concrete truck backwards. First he tore up our yard. Then while backing up he crushed our driveway drainage pipe. When a company came to fix it we found he had pinched our main power line to the house! So upon removal of the drain pipe the whole neighborhood flashed and we lost power. So almost 4k later in damages we now have 2 companies that work together but won't hold one responsible for it. I don't get it. I wouldn't use a company to represent my company that refuses to take responsibility in their own work. Companies don't care these days. This is proof. Screw the little guys. It's was only $3900 in damages which is "chump change" to them. We spent 24k on work. All concrete. I even bought them lunch everyday! ‍

The unit and new blower were installed and it didn't work and this was a Friday late afternoon. They offered a hotel and we declined so they brought out a portable AC unit. The techs were back out on Saturday and Sunday for different issues and on a Monday they removed that unit an installed another new one. Justin always took my calls and the tech showed on time. Justin is adding 2 years of annual PM free. Would I recommend then after all this YES.

The last time Pete was here he recommended we change the filter once a month to every six weeks which we started doing and found there is a lot less dust in the air and on the furniture. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! They accepted my claim with my home warranty company a few months ago…read more Home Warranty did not cover the total cost of replacing my unit, so Action offered financing for the remaining portion. Joann said there would be no extra fees to use financing. After asking multiple times for paperwork to show the breakout of the charges, they finally sent a paper from Home Warranty which showed the install charge and credit card processing fees. I was told the fees were "absorbed" by Action, which turns out to be a lie and they will not send a refund for the overcharge of the processing fees. On top of having issues with the new unit (like the drip line not draining properly because they have it going uphill), they recently sent out a tech who damaged my attic access. After I brought it to their attention since the tech did not, they sent him back out to replace the dry wall and paint it. He spray painted it in the yard, which left paint on my tree and grass. I've asked for it to be textured and painted like it was before it was damaged, but have now been told they will not do any more to fix it. I was also told they would provide a proposal since my home warranty will not cover the needed work for the new unit, yet still have not received it. They will not respond to my emails now regarding the refund and access repair. This company has been HORRIBLE. Their communication is terrible and they can never seem to answer a question, including techs who do not seem to know what they're doing or what is going on. After having to use them because of my home warranty, I have now heard several complaints about this company. Hope this review helps when trying to choose an A/C company!
