There is a central tip box at the counter where I paid so I felt no awkwardness about remembering who did what to my car! My Honda CRV was $65.00 and I feel that the value matched the service I received. I was there for about 35 minutes. I am very very pleased with the results.

I've tried most of them out here and I'm so glad I have a reliable top notch place to get my car washed. Prices are same as other places but you get your moneys worth here! It's fast and easy service checking and paying with service members there to greet and help you all the time. Bill who runs the car wash is always there and doing quality control checks and super friendly guy to ask questions about the monthly wash programs! They spare nothing here! The soap they use is plentiful and you actually can smell the freshness in the car as it goes thru. The vacuums to clean inside the car are super suction and pick even the littlest stuff up! They have large trash containers too for you to get rid of trash. The place is kept meticulously clean and neat. I drive over 10 miles just to bring my newer car here. I'm at ease that Bill and his super crew will take good care of me but most importantly take care of making sure my car gets the best wash! Don't settle for a car wash using luke warm or cold water, diluted suds or no suds at all, inferior dirty washing parts or broken stages of the wash ie; tire scrub, hot wax machine. I went with the Deluxe, which is fancy for "lowest tier", but I just wanted to get the salt off my car and undercarriage, which is part of the package. I was surprised to see that there was an attendant inside giving a little "pre-soak" from a hose to prime my car for the wash. Also, this wash doesn't have a tire track! It's literally a flat conveyor belt without any bumper or mound to push you along, which is great for those worried about scratching their rims. When I came out, I was pleased with the quality of wash, even at the lowest tier. There were a few residual spots, but nothing egregious and easily something that could have been remedied if I brought a towel for a quick wipe. Based on this experience, I will be back on a Sunday to get the full Ceramic Shield package and if that goes well, I'll consider a membership, as well as upgrading this review to 5 stars!

Unprofessional Management and Hostile Customer Service…read more I have been a loyal customer at the Arlington Heights EverClean Car Wash location for a long time, but the recent behavior of the supervisor, Whit Grossman, was completely unacceptable. During my visit, she claimed the system was updating and demanded my credit card again. When I politely declined to re-provide my card, she immediately cancelled my membership on the spot. To make matters worse, she called the police on me--treating a paying customer like a criminal simply for refusing a card request during a system glitch. A supervisor should know how to handle basic customer service issues without escalating to law enforcement or retaliating by cancelling active memberships. The location used to be run great under previous management (Montez King), but under Whit Grossman, the customer experience and staff morale have collapsed. Furthermore, I rarely see Whit Grossman at the facility during her scheduled 8-hour shifts, and she fails to inspect or maintain the equipment. Machines inside the car wash, vacuums, and air hoses are frequently broken. She is never seen cleaning the facility or brushing the walls and windows. Montel did all of this and handled customers very well, which is why employees liked him. Many old employees have quit because of her bad attitude, rudeness, and lack of professionalism. I am extremely disappointed and will no longer support this location.

I met Tony who had an opening in two days. I dropped off the car at 8am, and it was done by 1:00pm. My car is 14 years old and it has never looked so good. They were able to rub out a number of scratches and assorted marks on the paint. Wheels, tires, paint and glass all look amazing. I would highly recommend this business and plan on using them again in the future.

The Detailing: They blow out the interior with a compressor so all the little stuff that gets between the seats was out. They have a tire scrubber and they wipe down the rims. I saw at least 3 guys do the interior and they were quick but also efficient. They easily spent 15 minutes making my car look brand new. They cleaned the sunroof. I've never paid attention to whether or not they did it other places but this place does.

I appreciate the mat cleaning machine as well as the rubber mat cleaning station. The way it is set up, I feel safe walking back and forth to clean more items. The last time I checked out a tote to detail the inside, most of the products were almost empty, but the previous time was wonderful! There are always people around so again, I feel safe taking my time to empty out garbage, vacuum, and care for the mats. As a single mom who feeds the local marching band and will drive a kids as long as I have seatbelts, I am happy to have access to keep the car clean and smelling nice! The value is great for the ability to wash the car as many times as I desire and have access to fresh dash wipes to keep the surfaces clean!
