This is one of the worst car washes. It don't even matter if you purchase the better car wash. It smells from the water being old, there's barley any soap while washing and the car doesn't even shine. I recently wash my car and there where sections that weren't even clean so I asked the guy if I can go thru again since I purchased the better one and it gives you a code and I showed him that the car didn't wash up good but he got mad and he made me use my code that is good for up to five days. So I can't use my code no more. read more

Recently updated car wash. Fast wash with reasonable prices. Paid 7 dollars and car came out clean. Free vacuums for customers. They have monthly wash packages. but I don't live in the area. Highly recommend. read more

My baby's first car wash. The bugs, oh the bugs and the bird poo! I could not make up any more excuses when it's obvious that the crap was turning my white car brown. I also think it's bad for the paint. I wish they took better care of their unisex bathrooms. Fortunately, one was cleaner than the other but still... I went for the full service Diamond treatment and it was worth $19.99 + tip. I'm happy with its outcome and the staff. I visited their website today. Now that I know they offer Hand Wax and Shine to the exterior at their other locations for $49.99, I will definitely look into making an appointment at Mr. Car Wash in Bartlett. I like the idea of having someone hand wax my car, keeping it shiny a lot longer this Winter while protecting it from the harsh elements. read more

Went 2-20-2021, first water spray not working so the moving scrubber strips went over a dirty dry car which is a good way to scratch the paint surface. Additional soap and rinse spray bars were very weak. The high pressure spray was OK. Signal lights were inoperative along with the vacuum. I will go to someplace else from now on. read more

I will go out of my way to come here because they do such a nice job and are very friendly. My only complaint is that every time I come, no one is tending the front (where you pay), so it takes a while to get any service. They may be understaffed, but I always like the results. read more

Very poor service for the cost. Only reason I'm leaving two stars is because if all you need is a quick wash the exterior automatic wash is okay. Other wise the $20 full service wash is a bust. They left my car dripping and still some spots dirty. My floor mats look like I left the window open over night while it was raining, puddles. Not at all worth the money. read more

I have been having my car wash at this establishment for a long long time. The staff has always been very respectful and helpful specially the two young men that look like twins. I have notice lately that there are only two men working which makes for a long wait. I think you need more people working specially during the busy months. Today I was there and to my surprise there was only one person working. I had to wait 40 minutes to have my car washed. I don't think this is a good thing. Mr car wash in streamwood needs to increase their staff. They do a god job but feel this is unfair to have only one person working when they are so busy. 40 minutes is just too long to wait and unfair not only to your staff but also your customers. Very disappointing experience after coming here for many years. Arrived at 4:52 and was told it was after 5 and they were closed, when I pointed out it was not yet 5 pm & showed them my phone I was accused of lying, seriously! In the past they were always open until 6, but that changed to whatever time they feel like quitting for the day. I got there at 8:30am on a Thursday morning. They're supposed to open at 8 and they weren't open. I've been here before, they are nice and friendly but clearly lack professionalism. You should expect more from a place that only does car washes. I'd rather go to a gas station because at least then you get cheaper gas. I went with the $20 platinum package which included some interior cleaning (vacuum, mats, windows, dashboard) and triple foam wash, undercarriage, and tire shine. I was not impressed at all. I actually went to auto zone afterwards to get some cleaning supplies because they refused to touch anything besides the dashboard and windows, which was noticeably done in a hurry though no cars were waiting. In terms of value and service its a joke when compared to the car washes in the city, but its pretty much what I expected from the burbs. read more

Not worth it. I pass by this place a lot so I thought if give it a try. The inside of the building is dirty & rundown. The wash was nothing different than I could get at the gas station. I bought the platinum because I really needed the inside cleaned & vacuumed because of all the dog hair. It was wiped down and didn't look like they vacuumed anything except the front floors. Now I know why it was such a quick service. Big waste of $15. There's a better place just 2 miles down the road. read more

I went to the Streamwood location today and purchased a Supreme wash. When I stopped to look at my car it was still very dirty and it now has long scratches in all of the glass that were not there before I went into the car wash. I'm extremely dissatisfied and am now in a situation where I have to fill the deeper scratches so they don't get worse. I've attempted to call the location multiple times but haven't had anyone answer. read more

Worst Car wash ever I faced. They broke my rear wiper of my brand new car and when i claim it they gave me their office phone number and told me to talk to Mr Patel (owner of the shop). its almost 7 times (in 5 days) i called and went there twice but all the time they kept telling me Patel will call and he is not in office. Such a bad business. Never go there.They will damage your car and the owner will not show up. Business owner by such an non professional guy like Mr Patel is hilarious.I doubt if there is a owner named Patel or they just lied. read more
