It was a free carwash weekend marketing push and I went in on a Sunday to see how this location was... maybe I got an upgraded vs general wash because it was decent. Barely had to wipe the side mirrors down and that is the litmus for me... the dryer. Vacuums worked well too. This locations equipment must be newer because everything functioned well. I went here for the first time yesterday I got the mid level wash. I think I paid $15. The person working in the register was friendly suggested that I pay $15 for a monthly membership and try it out for an entire month. I declined and I'm glad I did. The car wash was aggressive to say the least. I know you want your car to be clean, but this seemed to beat on my car. Also, as you're going through the car wash, there is no signage to tell you what is being applied and at what stages so I wouldn't be able to tell the difference between a $15 wash and an $18 wash or whatever the top price is. The vacuums were good and strong. I like the fact that they had the air guns for blowing out the crevices and between the seats. The only problem that I saw with the vacuums were that they did not have the standard 4 to 5 inch wand for cleaning areas of flats like the mats things like that. They only had the what I would call the crevice tool which made vacuuming the floor mats, and seats timetime consuming. The location was easy to get in and out of. read more

This Carwash is awesome! I purchased a new car and immediately decided to look for a Carwash membership. I found this spot on Yelp and gave it a chance. I pulled up to the Carwash line and was asked what kind of car wash I wanted. I said l wanted the "Love My Car". I was asked if I had ever been to Everclean before and I said no, they ended up offering me a free wash (I think it was a promotion at the time). I declined the free wash since I knew I wanted unlimited car washes and would be back very soon. I signed up for unlimited monthly love my car package. It was quick, I gave them my credit card filled out a small form and then got a sticker placed on my car. I went through the gate and stopped at the entrance and was asked if I wanted any freebies, I said yes to the wet wipes, drying towels and no to the air freshener. After I went through the car wash I parked my car and proceeded to vacuum my car (it's free). I then used the wet wipes to clean my dashboard and the console area, and wiped down my cars exterior. I have been a member now for almost a year now and still love it here. Everyone is so nice, the customer service is great. They are starting to recognize me when I come in. They do an amazing job keeping everything clean and feeling new, which is exactly how you want your car to feel. With Evercleans assistance I am able to keep my car feeling almost as good as the day I purchased it. read more

Best car wash I've been to! This is the first time I've been significantly impressed with a car wash. Staff is super friendly, they give you free car dry cloths, air vent scents (there's 2 option, lemon and I forgot the other one. The other one is lovely), and free wipes to clean the interior of the car. There's free vacuums and enough space so you don't keep bumping into the person next to you. The vacuums are skinny enough to go in between seats. Also next to all the vacuums they have this tool that blows out air to get dust out- this is super useful to get dust out of the hard to reach places like air vents and shifts. The $15 (most expensive) wash is worth it. It's the longest car wash and slowest one I've been to so it really takes the time to clean your car. I'm considering getting a membership but the only downside is the limited locations, mostly in northeast suburbs, if they came more near Chicago or south suburbs, I'd definitely get a membership. Best carwash service ever! Employees are extremely helpful & friendly. The detergent is ph balanced & does not harm the vehicle paint finish, as well as the soft cloth clean. I have two cars with the "love my car" carwash and I go here at least once a day. Conner is awesome Kate is always amazing. Friendly staff all the time and I love that it moves pretty quick never really a line. Other car washes are always way too backed up. The only thing I will say that needs to improve is the air pressure is the compressed air hoses. It has pressure for a brief moment and it works great then the pressure is gone and it just sprays water and when I'm cleaning the dust out of the vents inside and then water sprays out it sucks but nothing is ever perfect and still worth the money I pay. read more

I recently visited the Hanover Park location. The attendant was very cordial and pretreated my van. He then offered me some wipes for my dash board. I found the wash itself to be very powerful and the dryers seemed to work better than other car washes. I loved how easy the vacuums were to use, and how well they cleaned my car. I was pleased with my car wash I pulled up and immediately signed up for the $23 membership I'm giving this 3 stars because I did some online research and I learned that you can get a trial for $1 for 30 days and the staff worker did not bother to mention this to me also I never received any goodies that other members are talking about like the free car dry cloths, air vent scents and the wipes to clean the interior of my car. Very nice place. Staff is super friendly. It was our first time, and Conner gave us the best service possible! I applied for a membership here because I went through the car wash once and my car looked great so I ended up buying the membership to get unlimited car washes for a good monthly price and to top it off they have the grand opening special as well which Conner explained thoroughly to me. This is close to home and I love it! I just bought the membership and have already went here three times. Already getting my moneys worth!! Also- love the free vacuums! They reach every spot and area in the car even the edges which are normally hard to reach at other car washes. So happy they opened up so close to me! I had been going to the Everclean Car Wash in Bartlett because its close to where I live. The wash is good, but the staff are hard to deal with. Starting with Destini who said she was the manager, they and she are very rude. Since I purchased the monthly pass I figured I was screwed till I could cancel it. But a few weeks ago, as I was going through, the young man who guides your car in told me after I complained about Destini, there is another Everclean in Hanover Park on Rt 20. I tried it a few times and am very excited that i found it. The staff are very nice they show they are glad you are using their wash. One of the attendants told me they get customers from the Bartlett Wash because of Destini. So if your a Bartlett resident, go to the Everclean on rt 20 for a great wash and great customer service. read more
