I can't remember the cost but it was a few bucks each. They vacuum the floor which is nice and run it through the wash. Afterwards they detail the inside. This was rather quick service and then you drive away after tipping a few bucks. I rather wash my own car Pros: quick service, auto car wash and inside detail Cons: expensive, there is some questionable credit card practice noted on the prior yelp reviews which would make you weary Hidden deals: You can sign up for the monthly car wash club although maybe some issues with getting credit back as noted on other reviews.

I have been going here as long as they have been open and today is the day that I vow I will NEVER go back. The last few times I've been to this location I felt the service had been slipping but today provided an experience that says, "we don't care about the quality of our service or if you ever come back". I purchased their top-tier "Ultimate Car Wash" ($40 + $8 tip) package but it was anything but ultimate. When I got home and inspected my car (small SUV), I discovered the following: All door jams were completely dirty and un-wiped. The interiors of all doors were left dirty. There was a sticky scuff mark left on the inside of my front windshield that was VERY noticeable when driving. The entire trunk/cargo area was never swept or vacuumed. I called the location and got Nick (don't know who that is) he listened to my complaint, asked me to hold and then some other guy said, "Hello"? Asking about my receipt, etc, but no empathy, no apology, no nothing. I guess these guys do not have customer service training but no matter as I will never go back. And I ALMOST purchased the $80/month unlimited car wash package!! Joe and Kim Doherty, losing this one customer won't make a dent but at some point your chickens will come home to roost.

In terms of quality, car is always clean when I come out. Love that my wheels are nice and shiny too. There were a few stains impossible to remove but they were well faded by the cleaning they did and barely noticeable without closely looking at the car. The car being used for Uber gets dirty pretty fast and was very stained up, so the fact they got it to such nice looking shape shows me they know what they're doing and what they're talking about in upholstery cleaning. We had the car decontaminated after a guy puked in the back, it doesn't remind me at all of the incident. So they definitely do a good job of erasing messes! Service is fast, they are quick to reply to messages left on the answering machine and they have a decent availability. There really isn't anything negative I can come up with about this business aside from its location. The location is in an office building which is slightly awkward and their work area is outside, but. They get a great job done so it works. It just feels awkward not being attached to a car wash.

I paid $240 for the service, plus a $35 tip, and I honestly regret spending that much considering the experience and results. First, the detail took TWO DAYS to complete. I've had my car detailed before and it has typically taken around 6 hours, so I was surprised by how long this took. The lack of professionalism was also frustrating. Their posted business hours on the door say 8 AM-5 PM, but both times I came in, they were not open at 8 AM. When I dropped my car off, I waited about 10 minutes past opening. When I came back to pick it up, I waited around 40 minutes for someone to finally open the door. When the employee eventually came to the door, there was no apology. He simply said, "Oh, I just woke up." I found that extremely unprofessional, especially after waiting outside for 40 minutes during their posted business hours. The shop itself was also very dirty, which did not give me much confidence in a business specializing in detailing and cleanliness. Most importantly, I'm not happy with the actual detail. After paying $240, my car honestly doesn't look noticeably different. I originally brought it in because of the smoke smell, and now, two days later, my car has an extremely strong chemical smell instead. I unfortunately cannot recommend this place.

After a long journey up here and then filling up my car, I went inside to see about their washroom. I was told, "we do not have a washroom." Really? Even with COVID a gas station is supposed to have a washroom. That's part of the deal! If I could give the gas back I would, but all I can say is, I won't be stopping here again and I will think twice about stopping at a Mobile.

It has been a while since I got the interior cleaned so I opted for the $50 option where it includes the interior cleaning and shampooing. First the car goes thru this tunnel (exterior wash) then you are directed to an area for the interior cleaning. This young man, I assumed to be a manager or a crew chief tried to tell me that I had paid to get the back seat shampooed. I told him that I thought I had paid to get all the seats shampooed. I told him how much I had paid and asked him what that included. He said he did not know. Now, I knew what he was trying to do. He was trying to get out of shampooing the front seats. This is not a first time where I had my car detailed or shampooed and I am very aware of the prices. I was already upset. I got hold of the young lady and asked her to inform the guy whether I had paid for all the seats to be shampooed or just the back. She went and informed him to shampoo all the seats. He tried to be nicer after that but this is my first visit to this car wash and he has already left a very foul taste in my mouth. From the pictures you can see that they did not do a good job of cleaning my car. It was not worth $50.00 Next time I get a "free car wash" from Arlington Toyota, I will only get the free wash. When you pull up the money is collected manually. The same person who collects the money then has to also guide the car into the car wash and also spray down the exterior manually. Then they have to go back and collect money from the next car. You can imagine this is a slow process. They really should have one person doing the payments and another doing the guiding and spraying. Once in, the car moves very slow and it is a long tunnel so it takes a long time to get to the end. The sprays and brushes are pretty minimal on the $2 wash. Also pretty much no dry on the basic wash. The result is so-so. Not exactly the best wash, but for this price, you really can't complain. They also have a free vacuum option. Overall, if you want the absolute cheapest wash and don't mind waiting, it is worth a try, but for a faster and better wash, there are other options for a similar price.

Also, no towels at the vacuum stations. So, I Joined NW Auto. Slightly more per month but three advantages. First, you never wait to enter.
