I have never had a car detailed (my first experience) and I'm beyond pleased. Claude cleaned out my car thoroughly (I own a husky) and car was amazingly clean, like new. No dog hair! The source of odor was found, washed all the carpets, paper mats were placed and removed the odor. He spent hours. Professional, polite, detailed in his work. I have never had a car detailed and didn't know what to expect. The charge was well worth it! The time it took and his attention to detail was a job done perfectly! I highly recommend him and this business and will have him come again.

BUYER BEWARE!!! HE WILL NOT WILLINGLY REPLACE THINGS HE MISPLACED!!!…read more Brought the daughters car in to get detailed. They lost the floor mats. She asked about them, at the time, but no mats. She has called and stopped by several times, and he keeps telling her that they are ordered. He keeps trying the whole "check is in the mail" approach. So, I finally decide that I would go have a talk with him. Once again, "oh, I just got them ordered and got a screenshot." I told him to call her, he said he was. He didn't, so 20 mins later I went back. He then said he still has to order them from Amazon. As if he didn't already tell me that he already ordered them. I have it all on video and he knows it.

The detailing service I received was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Neither my Audi…read morenor my Tesla was properly finished with the top coat, which I confirmed on my Ring camera footage. To make matters worse, the video clearly shows the technician washing my Tesla with a bucket of water that had little to no suds something that should never happen in a professional detail. The entire job looked rushed and careless, with none of the attention to detail I expected. The quality was far below what I experienced the first time, and the difference was drastic. To make things worse, I called yesterday and was told the issue would be made right. Yet today, I was essentially told I'm lying and they are not honoring their word. That level of dishonesty and lack of accountability is unacceptable.
