Wow what an attitude he has I didnt feel wanted the second I walked in and dont smile or greet him because it wont be returned .The yard help was ok the kid worked hard to load my stone I jumped in to help I had to (I bought 2 rocks @180lb each) while the lazy dude inside continued to ignore us although I was the only customer (HELLO).I have to assume the lazy dude inside must have been the owner due to his attitude I cant imagine any body would hire this person for customer service. 1) Get competing bids even though he is competitive 2) know…read moreexactly what you want... size, painted/unpainted... know costs exactly up front; don't second guess or go with his opinion because (see 4) his costs/labor starts adding up 3) get specifics in writing, know what you want (helpful if you know welding terms/etc) ... 4) be prepared that if "Murphy's law" happens, and that if you ask for additional items... possible UN-weld/re-weld for paint job) be prepared for some dramatic texts back... questioning you and your request. His work is professional. His ability to handle "Murphy's Law" moments... not so much. Note: Paint job ... his friend... provided lame excuse not to take on other project I had vs gate. So be warned... domino effect.
