Also, It states online that they accept credit cards but apparently only take Venmo. Which wasn't working for us at the time with the card that we wanted to use to pay with, so we had to pay with an account we didn't want to have to use. This was extremely dissatisfactory for us. Pretty disappointed overall. I have stewed over this the last few days. Because at first I was so happy to support this small business.. but I think it was such an overall terrible experience that something needed to be said. We paid $200 for literally nothing. They also pointed out areas of high traffic on our carpets and the limitations of their services due to normal wear and tear. We had 2 staircases, a hallway, and the dining room carpets cleaned. They were in and out within the hour. The carpets look revitalized and fuller and "fluffier" than before. Our carpets did not have many bad stains so I cannot speak to how those would clean up but overall our carpets look and feel great! I would definitely recommend them to friends.
