When we got there at 715pm, although it was very busy, we were quickly seated. As we sat down, our server Tess brought over greens, hush puppies, and coleslaw, this comes with every meal. We both ordered the AYCE (All you can eat) catfish mix. Greens were nicely seasoned, I love that the slaw was slightly sweet with sweet minced pickles in it, SO GOOD! I also like my hush puppies kinda sweet too, these were also very delicious and piping hot. The catfish mixed came out with one whole catfish and several strips which we much rather would prefer. Whole catfish once sits for a min can get soggy, so we like to only order one at a time, this was perfect! Fish was nicely seasoned, fried hard, flaky, and absolutely delish! I was doing my food dance haha. Everything was great! I loved the slaw and hush puppies so much that I ate my weight in that and was only able to do one plate of catfish, so I'll probably just get a catfish platter next time. The hushpuppies were perfectly browned and crispy on the outside while staying soft and fluffy on the inside. The collard greens were seasoned just right and were so good that we kept requesting more for the table. My son and I shared the fried seafood platter with catfish, shrimp, and oysters. It also came with a side, and I chose the baked potato. Everything was cooked perfectly. The catfish was crispy on the outside and flaky on the inside, the shrimp were large and flavorful, and the oysters were delicious. There was plenty of food for both of us, making it a great value. The combination of friendly service, delicious food, and affordable prices makes this a place we'll definitely return to next time we're in Crystal Springs.

The second had a cold center. The spanakopita wasn't good. It tasted mostly like cream cheese and had very little spinach. Didn't taste any feta or typical herbs at all. For something being billed as authentic, there shouldn't be any cream cheese in it at all. The pizza was good, but I couldn't taste any sauce at all. Luckily I had some marinara left over from the meatballs. Added that on top and it made all the difference. Plenty of toppings and cheese, and the crust is really nice and crispy with the right amount of chew.

I know rib shack is in the name but I had to have the Homemade Hamburger and my wife tried the pulled pork sandwich. The hamburger was definitely homemade and huge. It came with everything on , lettuce, tomato, pickle, onion. mayo and mustard. The seasoning in the meat was very good and the only downside was the burger was like a huge meatball which made it a little difficult to eat, not that I wasted any. The pulled pork was well smoked and the sauce was nice. My only downside to it was the sauce was already mixed with the pork and I prefer mine to be on the side so I can taste the meat but it was still good. The fries were regular frozen deep fried but were done well. We will have to go again and try the ribs and they have wings in 9 flavors including Suicide Hot which I will HAVE to try.
