Staff is still super friendly and my server (I think her name was Molly) is one who has been there for a while. Super sweet lady and I've always enjoyed when I get to sit in her section. I usually get the steak tips but my iron has been low so I indulged in an 8 oz NY Strip with baked potato and corn on the cob. My steak was a perfect medium with awesome flavor. Much better tasting than the last one I had from there. My baked potato was super soft, easily the best one I've had from anywhere. I was disappointed in my corn though. I have always loved how buttery and seasoned the corn used to be but this time it was a little bland. Overall, the new owners still provide a quality experience and I can't wait to go back.

The problem was not the schedule. It was the way the information was communicated. The tone was dismissive and implied that I could not read what was clearly shown online. Customer service matters. A simple explanation, such as "We close the buffet at 2:30 and reopen later for dinner," would have been enough.
