The fish itself was tasty but needed more salt I ended up adding salt and squeezing lime over it to bring out the flavor. It seemed like it was only seasoned during marination and not finished properly. The salad wasn't anything special, but overall, for how quickly the food came out, the quality was impressive. Portions are generous, and the pricing matches what you get. We came around midnight and left close to 1 AM when they were closing. The place looked packed, but service was still quick and efficient. Whether you dine in or have Togo box, they will be filled your box with so much meat. In California, they'll charge extra for the meat and amount of food they give you is less. They do have parking infront of the restaurant and across the street. Customer service at Happy Garden is top of the notch. Over the years, the owner has renovated the restaurant. He's hardworking and provides the best service and food for customers. For those that don't know the owner, he migrated from China to Venezuela. And finally settled in Puerto Rico.
