Then I came across Hey Dude on line. Their add said same day service so I decided to give them a try. Good decision! Matt, the plumber, showed up same day as promised. He also sent me a text to say he was on his way and an estimated e.t.a. He arrived on time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Left everything clean, and was friendly and personable. I do not feel like Hey Dude over charges for their services and I would use them again any day.

On January 27, Jeremy came and once I told him what was going on he new immediately the water heater issue. He called into the Manufacturer for the parts needed, requested that they be overnighted, if possible, as I did not have any hot water. He reset the unit, and advised if the alarm goes off again and shuts off the unit, what I would need to do, until the new parts are received and the repair could be made. Under a previous business name, Rushing renovated my bathroom with disastrous results. A job that…read morewas supposed to take a week dragged on for 29 days. Drywall tape marked "this side faces wall" was installed incorrectly, so it peeled off the wall after a few months. My expensive shower enclosure was melted when Reggie used a heat gun to speed the drying of the drywall mud. The shower plumbing was done incorrectly, so I had to hire a plumber and cut open the brand new wall. The wrong size window was shimmed into place using interior grade pine. The flooring was installed incorrectly (LVP, which Reggie lined up like square tiles instead of staggering the planks) and had to be torn up and redone, so the pieces don't line up correctly and the warranty was invalidated. When everything was said and done, Rushing sued me. (The case was tossed out of court, since I had ample evidence of clownish incompetence.) After my experience, I'll always do a Google mugshot search before letting any contractors into my house. Could have prevented myself a lot of grief and wasted money.

He put the doors back on and started painting leaving paint inside my cabinets and all over my hinges. 5. He NEVER PREPPED my floor CORRECTLY before he started painting and when it was time to clean up. There was PAINT all in my hardwood floor and it would not come out, so I had to get the ENTIRE redone!!!! 6. He got paint ALL OVER MY WALLS. He was supposed to only paint the cabinets... 7. He got paint ALL OVER my blinds... 8. He got paint ALL OVER my dishwasher, which need to be replaced as he tried to clean it and removed the finishing off the dishwasher!!! 9. Scott was on time, professional and took the time to explain to me that it wasn't a broken line at all, but merely drainage from the lines. He also took the time to show me how to set the irrigation system to save water and what to change when the warmer months roll back around. All of this for the price a service call!
