I requested that the company retrieve the cabinets and placed them outside for pickup. FROM BEGINNING TO END:…read more Purchasing our bathroom vanities from Cabinet Express was a great decision and a great experience. Heather was our designer/assistant throughout the process and was very helpful. We were able to purchase our vanities early, (while they were on sale) and they held them for several months until we were ready to go. We selected their vanities because they were very well made with dove-tail joints and soft close features. The new heights are awesome and give the vanities great presence. They have great space for organizing everything because they include shallow drawers on top which are perfect for our personal care items and deeper ones on the bottom for washcloths and electric appliances. When it comes to choosing your cabinetry, you have an option of modern and traditional designs. Although I might wink at contemporary accents, I bow to tradition. With that in mind, I chose the warm brown vanity with paneled doors and added knobs instead of pulls for both bathrooms. The final look is perfect! I can't wait to do the kitchen!! Let's talk about the process: When I was ready to pick up my vanities, it was a very easy process because all I needed to do was just go to the center in Norcross, (located on Jimmy Carter just east of Peachtree Parkway), receive a pick-up document and drive around to the rear of the building. When I got there, I encountered Mo who was so confident and reassuring regarding my order being complete, that I bought it. I just hopped back into the van and waited while the items were loaded up. You can actually have your vanities delivered and installed if you wish but since my contractor was more than willing to pick them up, we did. It saved money but also was ideal because of my unpredictable time-line which was complicated by doing two major projects back-to-back. Now, if they end of assisting with the kitchen, I will definitely have them deliver and install the cabinets because that is a whole other situation. Once we arrived home and unloaded everything, I didn't even check the inventory until just before install (three weeks later), because Mo told me that everything was present and accounted for and it was. Install was relatively easy and Heather sent over a video to help with slight adjustments. This was a great experience and I look forward to working with Cabinet Express and Heather again. Definitely recommended!

Fast forward a few years and we now have a hot scary mess. As soon as you enter the business, you will encounter the receptionist desk which was vacant but really messy. If you are going to put that desk "front and center", you should keep it neat and clean as it is an obvious reflection of how you conduct business. My husband and I visited earlier today and there was no staff available to greet or serve customs. Even after loudly saying "HELLO, IS ANYONE WORKING TODAY?", there was no response. Nothing, we walk around and enter a back room which also houses a showroom and we see a customer sitting alone at a table. We hear people in the rear offices but see no one else. Finally, a young woman arrives, but she goes to the backroom and doesn't say a word to us. She actually looks at us as if we are aliens. Why would you hire somone who is so inept that she apparently doesn't have basic skills required to greet customers and offer assistance? We wanted to connect with Sandra, the designer who helped us previously. She was professionally polished and very much on top of her game. There is simply no way that she would remain with a company that had fallen so far. Of course we left without making contact with anyone. They are definitely off my list and not recommended as their level of customer "no servic" is just unacceptable.

Then the man tried to bring out more flooring that was warped just like the first flooring but he wanted me to sign a waiver saying that if he put this flooring down and it was the same way that I would not take him to small claims court again. He knew when he brought out that flooring that it was warped. He also claims to be a pastor but I can't find this church anywhere. It is in my opinion that he really wasn't going to try to put down the flooring he just wanted me to sign a waiver because my credit card company wanted him to clear up the flooring problem that he created. This was a trick for me to believe that he was going to redo my flooring then he was going to turn that paper over to the credit card company and not come out and do the flooring and leave the warped flooring in my home because that's all he can do with it. Capital Design Cabinetry gave me THE BEST quote for the custom cabinets that I wanted for my house…read more I was turned down by many cabinet suppliers because they no longer carried the rope trim door style that I wanted for my kitchen. The places that had a similar door style only came in a set color that could only be changed if I hired another person to sand and re-paint the doors which would cost more than buying the door itself. Payam did an excellent job color matching the stains and paints of my cabinets with the wood and tile samples I gave him. My design for the kitchen and bathroom came out exactly the way I wanted to and the colors all flow together so beautifully. Aside from doing amazing cabinet work, Payam is also very attentive and always answers my calls/texts to address any questions that I have even after installing the cabinets. His reliability and honest work has made me become a customer for life. I have attached before and after photos of the kitchen and bathroom. My house is still under construction and the proper appliances made to fit the cabinet cutouts are on back order so please only pay attention to the cabinets and not the surroundings!
