He quoted me a soft quote over the phone and made an appt same day to see the job for an official quote. 45 minutes after the appt time, I called to confirm he was still coming. Although he was a pleasant fellow, he said he's sorry; he wants to make everyone happy, but they build houses, not doors with stairs and didn't have time to take on my job. I don't have a problem with being busy or only talking on big jobs. However, to make an appt and have someone wait, not show up and then say sorry we can't do your job is bad a business practice. Please be honest and don't waste people's time if you feel the job won't bring in the revenue you require. Our time is important too.

Jason is the one I spoke to first, he gave me a realistic quote, and the one who set the appointment. The guys Robert and Paul are the ones who came and did the install. It took longer than we all expected and they didn't up charge me. They were all very kind and polite. I would recommend them to everyone who wants an honest job done right.

The time involved with the completed job may well have taken more time than expected on the job, but the the final bill was unchanged. Professional, courteous attitude and behavior. They also cleared the area of any debris. Pictures can't help in this YELP consideration because I can't provide the preexisting conditions.... sorry. But, I do tend to be tight on 5-star appraisals!

John Watkins arrived to a job we hired him to complete without a permit or scheduled inspection and left us with a broken sewage pipe and a bill for a company that he tasked with completing the job he was paid for. We spent months and thousands of dollars extra to finally have the shelter installed.
