He's hired workers who left a total mess in my yard after they left ( beer bottles, soda cups littered all over the place), I had them do deck repair work - and they did NOT haul away any of the debris left after work on my project. They will state on the contract that they will haul away project debris, but they will NOT. You will be left to haul away your project debris on your own. They left the project yard debris, along with beer bottles, cups etc. junk littered into a corner in a part of common area in my condo where I got complains from neighbors and the HOA for the contractor's junk left. And when I tried to contact the manager ( Vinny ) several times for 2 days - he did NOT respond to any of my calls, texts etc. He will simply ignore you after the project is done. Beware they expect you to pay by Cash or check only ( as he's trying to hide his business earnings from taxes ) This is a very shabby contractor - beware. The manager was a total Jerk. Do not give your project to this contractor - you will be sorry if you do. This entire outfit is a complete SCAM - stay away from them !!!!

They charged extra for each oven but don't clean my molding ???? We have not lived in this townhouse for 2 years.
