Juan and his crew did a great job with the pavers. He was very thorough when giving us an estimate and did not pull any tricks on us. The project came out excellent and he gave us 1.5 year warranty on work. His prices were very reasonable compared to other contractors that we received estimates from. His crew was very nice and cleaned up after their work. We ended up having our tree taken down by him after he did our pavers as well. I found Juan to be trustworthy and I highly recommend White Oak. I would like to thank the people at White Oak Landscaping & Construction. A little background to my experience. A contractor started work in my yard early June. Unfortunately, they stopped half way through construction and never returned. This definitely gave my bad feelings with continuing the job and was weary of hiring another company to finish. After a few weeks of looking at the mess they made in the yard, I decided to get a few quotes. After 3-4 different contractors, both Juan and Eduardo came and did an assessment. I told them my ideas/vision and they said it could be done. Mind you the previous contractors were hesitant of what I wanted and they said they were inexperienced to what I wanted done. (above ground pond) After contractual agreements were made, they started the yard a week later. After watching these guys work for the past 2 weeks, I am convinced that they are masters at their craft. Not only did they go above and beyond, but also made sure that what I envision came to fruition. There were a few issues that arose (which is normal to any construction job), and they came to me with the exact solutions. They were respectful of my property and also of my neighbors. They came on time, and somedays left a lot later than expected. These guys really care about the work they do, and it shows. Customer service is top notch and the price point is very good. All good things to say about White Oak Landscaping & Construction. A little advice. If you want to get work done, get your quote in ASAP. Juan was also very communicative in terms of getting the project started. He was here early and his team seemed to work very efficiently. And he charged what he said he'd charge in the estimate. My husband and I just bought a new house which had lots of overgrown plants, weeds, and bushes. My place is on a corner and had a driveway cutting through the middle of the lot, my house on one side and garage on the other. To get a real back yard involved hardscaping, planting, fencing, grading, irrigation, extensive lawn work, closing out old driveways, creating a new driveway and apron, pretty much everything you could think of. Landscapers I interviewed, many large regional and even national companies, over the course of 9 months either wanted the equivalent of a second mortgage or were suspiciously light on details in their proposals. Then there were landscapers who only did maintenance, or planting, or hardscaping, but not everything. I was ready to plan out juggling a whole slew of contractors to do bits and pieces, when by sheer luck White Oak came on the scene. From the very first meeting, Juan looked at the plans I had professionally drawn up, understood what I wanted to do, provided valuable guidance that aligned with my vision for the end result. His proposal was broken down, detailed, and very competitive (even with specialist contractor proposals I had received). Once he, Eduardo and the team started, everything was completed on-time, on-budget, aligned well with permits and township requirements for the driveway, an all around high quality workmanship (particularly their hardscaping and new driveway work).
