Working with Mr. Hannon has been a delightful experience. My fiancee custom designed my ring with…read moreMr. Hannon, and it is EXACTLY what I wanted: a salt and pepper diamond-- not too dark, but not too light-- cut in a hexagon shape in a gold band. With the uniqueness of the diamond I wanted, my fiancee met with Mr. Hannon 9 different times to look at different diamonds. Mr. Hannon took the time to scope out and order several diamonds for my fiancee to look at each meeting. He continued to hone in with each visit what my fiancee wanted out of the diamond, and he never complained or got frustrated by how much work was asked of him because he values sentimentality. Mr. Hannon is a man who goes above and beyond for engagement rings because he KNOWS how important they are. To him, it's not just a piece of jewelry, it's a symbol of love and devotion. He recognizes each ring is like each love story, unique and deserving of time, effort, and respect. He worked SO hard to make sure this ring is everything I wanted and more, and I am so grateful he, and my fiancee, gave me such a unique yet simple piece of jewelry that I can wear and cherish every day. We went back to Mr. Hannon for our wedding bands, and he spent the time explaining small intricacies of bands that we didn't even think of (gold type, curved edge versus sharp edge, band thickness and depth, shiny or textured, etc.). He guided us through all of our decisions, letting us know the pros and cons of each option presented, but never trying to sway us a certain way. He sold us the wedding bands at market price, and provided insurance and free cleanings. He engraves in house with several font options. Overall, he made our engagement and wedding band shopping experiences exciting, cultivating a kind and caring environment, never pushing us towards more expensive options, and putting hours in to accommodate our wishes within our budget. Thank you Mr. Hannon for all of your hard work, and I wish I could give you more than 5 stars!

I wouldn't go this jewelry place zero stars If I could I brought in my ring for them to size and…read moreclean it. There was absolutely nothing wrong with it. I have pictures of it before I gave this place my ring to size and clean! When I picked it up at the diamond was damaged, they acted as if they didn't even notice it and they could buff it out, treated me horribly the owners wife was absolutely horrid. Then the husband came in and thought he could hush me for $20. I went to another jeweler and asked him what was wrong with it, and what could be done they said I have to replace the diamond. I will be leaving a review on here and further page every day until they reach out to make this, right ! They treated me like a dog I was so hurt and I still am ! And if the owner see this post, I hope they reach out to me and try to make this right I will go out of my way every day to post a negative review!

Went in and they told me an engagement ring and band as a set was 900.00 and the extra band was…read more250.00. I specifically asked her if it was solid rose gold and she fed me this story about it being yellow gold natural and having to be dipped in rhodium for its color to come back if it faded. I explained point blank, I don't want rose gold plated. I know you take 75% yellow gold and melt with 25% copper to make solid rose gold metal and then pour in a mold. I know if it is plated it will wear off and you have to come in and have it re dipped like her son explained to me the day before. I told him, no I don't want Gold plaited even if only 300 for the set (her son priced me the day before for a plated set). I would rather pay more and have it solid. I went ahead and bought it because I made my point I didn't want plated and I would be able to tell when it wore off. She rung it up the first time and charged me the right price. Then she said she said she forgot to add the band, didn't ring it up right and then charged another 250.00 for the band(that was supposed to come in a set for 900.00). When I got to looking at the bill she charged me 900 for the engagement ring. 250.00 for the extra band and then charged me 250.00 for the band that was supposed to be in the set with the engagement ring. So over charged me 250.00 for the band that she originally told me was 900.00 for the set. So fast forward 3-4 weeks, band wears off and yep, rose gold plated. It completely wore off and was yellow gold. I went back and told her she charged me for the ring that was supposed to be in the set and on top of it sold me a plated rose gold band and not solid like I specifically told her I wanted and it was not solid rose gold. (I even went to her husband right before buying the set and told him what she said he said She meant rhodium repiping and if she said it was not plated then it's not. She has no reason to lie, she's a millionaire). She then tried to tell me there was no such thing as solid rose gold well I am not stupid because anyone will tell you you melt it down as 75%yellow and 25% copper to make a solid metal. I watched my daddy make jewelry for years before he passed away. She tried to tell me she could get me a rose gold band (like she should have sold me to begin with) but there would be an up charged. Lol. No you take bacK the ring you lied about, scamming me that it was rose gold but in fact it was a plated band that was supposed to come with the ring. I took it to another jeweler and they laughed and told me it wasn't a set to begin with because it didn't match at all. Not only was the gold not matching but the diamonds didn't match. He told me it would come wrapped together and showed me an example of the sticker wrapped around both rings. I told him yes it was wrapped together. He said then she should have sold that to me as a set for the 900.00 and shouldn't have charged 250.00 extra for the band but it didn't come as a set to them. They put it together as set themselves and marketed it as a set. He then continued to tell me he knew exactly where I got it from and that I should go to them and tell them they need to credit back the money for that band and replace it with a SOLID ROSE GOLD band for customer satisfaction. I told him I tried, he said I would take it to court because you got scammed. I tried my best to get it fixed but they refused to so now they can pay me my money back and on top of it pay my court cost too. They also ring their stuff up under a different name with the loan company so I will be calling them too and letting them know. They could have easily righted their wrong in trying to sell me a rose gold plated band and trying to charge me for it. 250.00 for a rose gold plated Band. The first guy was honest with me the day before. I'm glad I record conversations with my phone.
