The first time they showed up he informed me that the load would be too large and they would have to take it in two loads, but he'd need to charge me for another one. We have a limit for household trash of 5 bags (all trash must be bagged), which is basically 2 cans full. They are competitive with their pricing you just have to call them when you find service that is possibly cheaper to talk through your annual rates. We pay 3x per year and are able to pay online now which I love. Every now and then my husband will sneak a bag of his garage trash in there and put us over but they have always taken it which I appreciate.
