Upset at not having been warned of this, I complained to both the guy at the front desk, and later to the manager. Both were completely unsympathetic, and took a "not our problem" attitude. Even the head-office for Oil Changers only delegated responsibility, saying that the franchise is independently owned, and that I have to deal with them. Be warned! This location does not care about you. They will do the bare minimum, and shirk responsibility if anything goes wrong as a result of their failure to provide you with essential information.

I went when the seal on my tire broke. It cost me $40. The guys are all pretty friendly too. When I had any questions the guys actually showed me what was going on. They showed me proof of problems. This way I know they're not trying to trick me. Like typical mechanics if anything is wrong with your car, they alert you ahead of time. One thing I like is that they dont pressure you or try to shame you too hard if you dont fix what they suggest. They'll try a little like "so you're just going to drive your car like that?" and " so when do you think you're going to get this done?" One time my oil was low and leaking, and instead of simply offering to top it up, they tried to sell me an oil change which I didnt really appreciate. Ps I'm a woman and I'm surprised they didn't try to take advantage of me like other mechanics do. I recommend this place.
