Terrible service by unfriendly staff. And by unfriendly, I mean rude. They didn't even offer the awful coffee and newspaper. Not saying I would have accepted it, but I've come to expect it based on good experiences other locations. The staff were very pushy trying to upsell so many services but didn't bother washing my windshield or spraying the door hinges. I'll make sure to avoid this place from now on. read more

A little expensive but definitely worth it due to the speed. Barely any wait, just sit in your car and line up - they'll bring you a newspaper and coffee. Drive into the garage and they'll work on your car while you sit in it. Very smooth. Would recommend if you need an oil change immediately. read more

Not a big fan of this location. The guy working had sad face and not friendly. I am not a big fan of Mr lube they over charge all the time Cuz they are quick and drive through style but I always felt it is not worth it. It is nice to go there once in a while as it is nice service give by providing coffee and tea. read more

Great place for a fast oil change. Their "free" inspections can be helpful even if they try to upsell you on other services...some warranted, some not. Never encountered a rude employee, they're actually very friendly and go out of the way to update you (free coffee, free paper) All in all, my preferred chain for oil changes read more

I will not go back to this location ever. The service was terrible- not friendly employees, and after completing an oil change I was informed they did not have the correct filter for my car. They told me to come back the next day, later in the day so the part would be delivered. I arrived in the evening and was told they still did not have the part. I filed a complaint online and then received a phone call from the manager. He was apologetic and told me to come back again the next day, and he would be able to talk with me and provide a discount on my next oil change. He did not bother to show up when he said he would be there. And no further action was taken. Worst customer service I have ever received. Save your time and avoid this place. read more

Today I went back to Mr Lube for an issue I had with my truck. I have to say I was pleasantly surprised at the fantastic customer service. The manager Jason was so helpful & went above & beyond and made sure I was happy. He also figured out an issue I had with my fan. Thank you guys for the great customer service. So have been coming to this place on and off over many years and it has definitely become very minimal. Service is polite but they don't do what they say. Checked my invoice when I got home. They say they checked tire pressure, lubricated doors, transmission fluid level, coolant level, wash windows. Absolutely none of these things were done. I was sitting in the car, I would know if the doors were opened to lubricate locks, if windows were cleaned etc.. The coolant level was low when I got home. I knew it was low when I went but they were supposed to have checked that. They did add fluid to the windshield washer container. They never pulled the dip stick for the transmission and they certainly never checked the tire pressure but listed it at 40 ! on the receipt. The dealership charges much less for an oil change and at least they don't insult me by claiming to do a whole litany of things. Unfortunately after all these years I will never be going back. read more

Too expensive. Kids are not real mechanics just 'lube tech's' I don't trust them with my car. They always try to up-sell. Fees are ridiculous. Would never go back. Better to go to a few of the private mechanics across the street. read more

**** UPDATE: After the mr. lube job, where a $50 oil changed into $400 +, the coolant is now leaking from the car..... Mr. Lube has yet to get back to us ! Please save yourself the hassle and steer clear of this place!! read more

terrible location, supposedly one of the employee here told me one day while having to come back how the manger (Jason or Junior) likes to tell his employees that its ok to sell something even tho its not in stock unless you catch onto it then they would have the customer back until they have it which haha (laughing at myself..) took 4 long days of going back and forth. they need to switch up the management here ASAP. my lawyer will be in contact too. read more
