CAA dispatched them and they didn't show...nothing...but in order to collect $423 for the impound fee....CAA needs to lose them as their towing company immediately....and we are speaking to CAA to do just that right now.

Tried to resolve it yesterday and lady kept talking over me and hanging up on me. They said that towing is like going to the hospital and that I shouldn't complain when more important things come up. I said they could at least call. I called looking for a partial refund because they didn't deliver as promised and I was told I was verbally abusive. Dispatcher was yelling at me, I told her she was the one yelling , she told me too bad and that I'm a "fucking loser" then hung up (they hung up on me multiple times while trying to sort things out) I would avoid this company at all costs, it's the worst company I've ever dealt with in my life. Now I'm out $160 and had to tow my car elsewhere. Bunch of scammers and so unprofessional.

Do NOT use this company! We booked a moving truck, despite…read morehearing/ reading bad reviews online. Called 3 days before to confirm, and were assured it would be there. Received a confirmation email, two days before, confirming the truck, and 9:00 am pickup. At 6:45pm, the night before our move, we received a phone call, telling us that our truck would not be available on our move day until 5:00 pm. Then, at 6:55 they called back to say that it wasn't coming back at all. Wth every other dealer closed at 7:00pm, we had no truck, and had to move in 12 hours. Terrible customer service, ignorant clerks, non-caring attitude, and no solution offered!
