They demanded immediate payment with 3.5% debit card fee which doesn't leave me an option to pay by a check even though their invoice states 5 day grace period. The lady called me while I was out of town and immediately started arguing with me, demanding I pay them right away without any proof that the work was even done. They run everything like it's still 2005 -- they can't even send a simple link to pay with a credit card. They also charge a 3.5% fee for using a credit card, but that fee doesn't even show up on the receipt. Pretty scammy if you ask me.

I really like that they have the integrity of your tree in mind. I have a large white pine that I get trimmed every few years. I wanted quite a bit trimmed off and the estimator let me know that trees like this pine don't like to be trimmed very much as they will start to die and suggested to me the most they could do without harming the tree. I appreciate they told me that instead of just do it as much as I wanted because I would hate to lose it due to over-trimming. I also like that they got the job done quickly and there was no mess left behind.
