They knew what they were doing and did it efficiently. When I asked a question they were polite and helpful.

I contacted evergreen looking for some yard work on a house that we are trying to sell. I called and explained the that we would need service on a month-to-month basis until the house sells.The lady on the phone said someone would come out and look at the property to give me a quote. They called me back and told me they only do work on seasonal contract but would make an exception for me and quoted me a price. When I called back to accept their services I got voicemail and left a message saying I would like to hire them. They never called me back. We used Evergreen for our front yard landscaping project. Sal and his crew installed pavers on the sides of our driveway, a new paver sidewalk, two retaining walls, trees, plants, mulch, etc. Sal's estimate was extremely fair compared to other estimates we received and the work he and his crew did was very professional. Sal checked in frequently to make sure the job was getting done to our satisfaction and everything was completed in the timeframe he proposed. Ever Green has done a lot of work on our property: removed a 200 year old tree and stump, installed a patio with pavers, installed a fire pit, and did landscaping in three areas. We are thrilled with them! We have referred them to several others. Neighbors are so pleased that we see people stop and take pictures of our side yard garden area. One neighbor said "they created something special". Another said "they know the plants varieties and created something so lovely, it looks like an English garden". Sal and his crew have done extensive work on several of our homes in Naperville and they are very professional and hard working. We have used the crew for seasonal clean-ups and they always are very meticulous in their work and everything always looks great when they leave. We had them install a large Unilock patio with a firepit last summer as well as a front walkway and their work is incredible. We are so pleased and we always get so many compliments. The employee who answers the door doesn't even know who he works for. Very unprofessional.

I had a great experience with them. I had extensive storm damage from trees from a storm. I started calling for estimates and two tree services said it would take a week to come out. Evergreen owner was here within an hour. Gave a very fair price and did the job very well within a week. One super large dangerous tree branch was dangling about our deck and was propped by another tree. It was very tricky to get it cut down and it did swing back and smashed the deck railing. They repaired it instantly and it looks perfect. I highly recommend them and will always use them in the future. We have a lot of trees and they need trimming regularly. read more

I called evergreen to have estimate for my front yard. The lady came and did look at my front yard. I told her I just want simple design with plants for as I am not so familiar and no knowledge of the design and kinda, all I know is Evergreen may give me idea since I read really nice reviews. Someone from that company came looked and took picture of my front yard friday of last week. She said she will email me for the quote however no response after that. They should atleast told me why.
