Reviews looked really great and sincere. Booking was easy from the website and I had a same day appointment with an email confirmation. However, no one showed up. I tried the number in the confirmation email and got a completely unrelated company. I tried the two phone numbers on the website, one was a generic message and the other line was unavailable. So I tried texting the one number that might get to a human. Tyler texted back and we sorted out that he hadn't received notice that my appointment was made. What you need to take away from this part is use the number with an out of state area code to reach him. It's the only one that's accurate. Dear Yelp: please help him fix this. He's tried.. While it was frustrating to have to reschedule, I thought he deserved a second chance. From there on, he was communicative, professional, and punctual. He is, as advertised, a really nice guy. He's also doing this mostly on his own and not especially computer friendly, so a little forgiveness in that department seems fair. The car: we just bought this car and it needed a major clean. I was really excited for this auto detailing company and although I am very happy with my clean carpets and seats there were a few red flags. First, my appointment was at 8:00am and they ran 2 hours late which I understand and it was not be deal but once they were finished they charged me an extra hour. That would have be nice to have stated on the website and shouldn't have be applicable to me since they were late. Not only that but I'm assuming the cleaner they used stained my gray dash board. As well as my glove compartment box no longer works because the clips are missing. They were very nice and again I loved my carpets and seat but there is some improvements that need to be made especially to make me want to use their service again. read more

I manage a fleet of vehicles, and received a quote from Tyler that was very reasonable. I'm going to say that not only is Tyler very knowledgeable with the product that he uses to clean the vehicles with but the attention to detail is 2nd to none. The vehicles had a cleaning done by another company a year ago and I couldn't tell if they had been cleaned or not. I can most definitely tell after Tyler took care of these vehicles. Mr Nice Car was incredible! The service is mobile, so they show up to you. I work from home, so this was perfect -- I was inside working at my house all day while Tyler worked on the car in the driveway. Our car was full of dog hair from our golden retriever. Absolutely full of dog hair. On top of that, the car had been up in the mountains for the past ~6 months without a wash so was not exactly the cleanest. Tyler spent a lot of time on the car and got it in tip top shape! The inside of the car (our biggest reason for reaching out) was spotless. Wow. I'll be honest, I was initially a bit worried about trying this place out. It seemed too good to be true... a highly rated car wash/detail service that comes to you?? No way. But boy am I glad I gave it a shot. Booking online is quick and easy. About half an hour before my scheduled time, Tyler called to let me know he was running a little late due to the person who was before me. I appreciated the heads up, and it didn't really bother me because he was coming to me. Not like I had to drive somewhere! Tyler shows up and walks me through what he's going to do. Again, I'm a bit skeptical... but I leave him to it, and he calls me approx. 2 hours later letting me know that he's finished. Holy cow. My car didn't even look that good when I bought it from the dealership!! It was immaculate. I've never seen a car look that clean and shiny. OVER-THE-TOP GOOD. In desperate need of a detail as I chauffeur two small children and a dog on a daily basis, I booked an appointment on the website. I was surprised with availability the following day, and even though the website was not the most sophisticated decided to roll the dice with my credit card number and prepay to book the appointment. Tyler arrived on time and was very kind and forgiving at the apocalyptic state of the interior of my vehicle. My appointment was for three hours, but he stayed until the job was done to his satisfaction. He removed panels on my car to get a better clean, and even deep cleaned my kids' car seats! My vehicle is so clean I am reconsidering letting anyone related to me ever ride in it again, when I say it is as clean as the day I purchased it five years ago I am not exaggerating. I tried to give Tyler more money for his efforts and he refused, simply asking that I tell my friends and call him again sometime. So there you have it. Extremely nice guy who comes to you and does a stellar job on your car, making life just a little more pleasant and charging a fair price. Blown away. Tyler made my five-year-old car look brand new. Tyler detailed my car, a 2015 Acura MDX that was nothing short of filthy since its main passengers are two young children. As a result of his hard work the car looked brand new. My husband was so impressed that he had Tyler come back the following week to detail his car, which also turned out wonderful. In addition I must note that Tyler was very easy to work with. He was very specific about work he was going to do and the length of time it would take. It's unfortunate that some people have had some negative experiences but I hope that doesn't deter people from bei him because the vast majority of reviews are positive. Tyler recently did a full detail on my car. While I think he has some room to improve on the maturity of his general business practices such as scheduling or finding a web payment option that pays after the service is done instead of before, I think he will grow into that. As for the reason you call him, the detailing, he does an AMAZING job. Between the weather and my schedule, we had a little challenge getting things lined up but he remained flexible and polite. Tyler put in ridiculous level of effort into getting the car spotless and perfect. The guy even pulled out every bit of trim on the interior of the car to get pieces Io would never have even known were there. I also had a few scuffs on the car just from people dinging it here and there. He got rid of those and the car is spotless. This is a man trying to start his own business. No one will do a better job for you than Tyler will! No question. This guy works his butt off - goes above and beyond - to impress his customers. My husband and I inherited a Toyota Prius with light tan cloth interior, that was in need of deep cleaning, stain removal and overall freshening. Tyler literally took the inside of the vehicle apart to get to every nook and cranny. He gets in areas you don't even think about. That 2007 car looks brand new inside! We then had him come another day to do the inside/outside of our 2011 BMW X5 that had NEVER been detailed (OMG). That car looks like it's just left the showroom floor! He even buffed out some scratches in the paint and it shines so bright you need sunglasses to even look at it. I've never seen someone more dedicated to doing the best possible job and being willing to work insanely hard for hours on end. Tyler is a good guy and an absolute sweetheart. Our 2 year old son loved watching him work and insisted on checking on him and bringing him snacks :) A couple of our neighbors have asked for his contact info after seeing his work! Commitment to excellence = Tyler! Incredible job on the interior detail for our old '06 160K 4runner. He worked non-stop 10:45am-4pm on our car and as a bonus turned our super hazy headlights into nice clear headlights. He really goes above and beyond. The $199 for a interior detail on a SUV is supposed to be a 3 hr job which seems completely fair to me. Tyler worked an additional 2 hrs and didn't ask for a dime over that price. I booked the appointment online and my card was charged immediately. I also received the confirmation email, which said my appointment has been set for the following weekend, and that I would receive a text before they show up. Come appointment day, they were a no-show. No text or email or phone call to say they can't make it. I called and left a bunch of voicemails, and got no response. Finally got a hold of the guy the next day (when I called again), and he apologized for being unresponsive and missing the appointment. He offered to do the job for me free of cost but I declined as I had already booked an appointment with another service. I just requested that my money be refunded. He said he would do it immediately once he hung up the phone. Well, the entire week has gone by and I have not seen the refund yet. Extremely disappointed with this service. read more

He took on a very challenging project with one of our cars that had fine paint spray all over, and road paving debris on the lower portion of the sides. It was clearly the first of its kind for Tyler. He devoted many hours working on it, and checked in with us periodically to set our expectations about what was possible and not possible. Had the interior of my car cleaned today and it was a very nice job. He called to say he was going to be late because of the last car. He showed up and ran through everything and then at the end we went over the car. He also did some nice things that I didn't know was in the deal like cleaning my cabin air filter and putting my spare tire back in place. I haven't yet written a review for anyone on this platform but Tyler did such an incredible job that I felt that I had to give him a positive review. He has a great eye for detailing and it's obvious that he takes great pride in his work. Tyler is hard-working, honest, polite, thorough, and accommodating. We had to reschedule our appointment after hitting some bad luck (a broken generator and a busted radiator in his van) but Tyler was positive throughout the process and was constantly concerned about my customer experience. We also selected an incorrect booking, but Tyler was upfront about our mistake and we were able to clear up the confusion from the outset. I can't emphasize enough how floored we were by the high quality of Tyler's services. We had an incredibly dirty, scratched-up 10-year old SUV that we had driven across the country multiple times without so much as putting it through a car wash. Tyler worked for 8.5 hours straight, detailing every inch of the car (including areas that I didn't even know existed!) and made the car look better than we bought it. Tyler is aware of areas that he needs to improve but, from reading other reviews, it seems like he has already shown tremendous progress in improving his communication. Tyler remained in contact with me during the entire process and let us know with plenty of advance notice when he was going to be late (because of the van issue). There are still some areas for growth (i.e. some of the website instructions and his payment processes aren't clear) but I'm confident that those issues will be easily fixed as his business matures. I echo all of the other reviews mentioning how much joy Tyler gets from his work and making his customers happy. It's refreshing to see someone who is as skilled as Tyler to put in so much effort into the smallest of details. I'll definitely be reaching out to him for the next car. Hire Tyler.
