Paid a hefty price for a "hand wash". Visible water on the back window that I had to ask to be wiped down. Bugs on the windshield so I had to clean that myself when I arrived home. Several areas inside the car did not appear to be wiped down but the vacuum job was good. Definitely not worth the $65 price tag. read more

Been going here for years, but today they have given my family and I a reason not to go back, thankfully it was the last reason to go back to Lakeway in general. I don't know if it's new MGMT or Ownership but being blocked from my vehicle as the attendant yells out loud for a tip. Then to have someone run over and apologize. First of all, you don't ever block someone from their property esp after they have paid for service. Where is hospitality and humility going these days. Not to mention if you are in the waiting room, there's rap music playing every third song. The last thing I wanna hear is about somebody else's agenda while im waiting to get my car detailed. It's already nerve racking trusting others to touch your vehicle, but then to be on edge while you're waiting and then get confronted with no grace it's really appalling. I went by on Friday, and they told me it would probably be best if I came back tomorrow as they were too busy to handle my truck then. It was a nice day, and they were very backed up, so it's understandable they didn't have the time. When I came in Saturday, it was the same story, come back tomorrow, and we should be able to handle it. Knowing it was a nice day on Saturday, I said "OK" and decided to come on Sunday morning. Dropped by at 10 AM Sunday. This time, the manager said they didn't have time today for my truck. Again, it was 10 AM. They didn't have time ALL DAY, with 8 more business hours left, to take my truck. They're busy, but they need a better mechanism to support their customers. If they don't have time during the day, three days in a row, maybe it's time to start scheduling hand washes. You never turn down a customer this way, and your staff will thank you for the more organized schedule. Plus, if the schedule is stacking up, you can plan for more people to take on more work (and make more money for the business in the process). We've been taking our vehicles to this place for the last five years. I used to recommend them, even pushing their monthly passes for unlimited washing. The truck was quite dirty after our recent 5000 mile road trip. He is hands on overseeing his staff. Stopped to get my Tahoe cleaned. I chose the $50 wash. Asked how long it would take and was told about 45 minutes, it did. The car is clean but not what I think $50 would get me. Windows still have smudging, looks like they forgot to wipe the inside back glass. When your car comes out of the wash to get wiped down and finished you are looking at the left side of your car. You walk out and get in on the left, stay with me. Don't just jump in and drive off think you just paid $50 on a good clean. Go look at the right side. I left and got home and looked at the right side lesson learned. Dirty. Suggestion to owner. Have a manager look over the cars before you turn them back. Inspect what you expect. read more

In any event, when we got the car back it was missing the bumper cap for the front tow hook and one of the rubber seals on the driver's door was pulled loose. Benjamin said he'd replace the missing cap and subsequently ghosted us, not responding to texts or phone messages. We will never use this place again. read more

FRAUD ALLERT. Absolutely worse experience at your Lakeway location. Went in to get car wash, I have been a member for a couple of years now. Staff was great at first, I asked for the seat conditioning and tipped generously as usual. I went inside and waited and about ten minutes later they came in and asked for my keys. I checked my pockets and didn't find them and told the guy that I left them in the truck. About five minutes later he came back and said they couldn't find them. I then got up and went out and helped them find them. After about 10 minutes we still could not find them. I decided to go back in and check where I was seating and the keys were wedged down into the seat. I took them out to the guys and apologized and went in. About 5 minutes later Benjamin, who said he was the owner came in and told me I had to leave. I asked why and he stated that he heard me say something negative about his employee. Benjamin started to make a big scene when I asked what I had said and insured him I said nothing negative. Benjamin continued to be loud and obscene and then told me that he had "asked me to leave the property" which he had not at the time so I asked him if he was asking me to leave. He said he was, as I was leaving Benjamin continued to follow me out talking on the phone with another employee speaking loudly about the situation. Benjamin has absolutely no professionalism and if he is in fact the owner I feel for this company. For the last two years I've paid $75 a month to have my wife and my vehicle washed. I'm pretty sure I'm 2 years we haven't been more than 10 times. Benjamin is terrible asset to your company and I can see why this Suds location has declined so dramatically in customer service over the years. FRAUD ALLERT Woke up this morning to 4 unauthorized charges on my credit card totaling $92 by Sudz Carwash. FRAUD ALLERT UPDATE UPDATE UPDATE Finally received a call back from Shawn who is supposedly another owner. When first speaking with Shawn, he basically called me a liar and stated that he had no charges in his systems and that no charges were made to my card. I informed Sean that not only were there charges but multiple ones throughout the day for different amounts. Sean tried to explain why this may have occurred but his story didn't add up, so I questioned his responses. Upon doing this Sean became angry and started talking over me and being upset. After about ten minutes and Sean continuing to deny any charges he instructed me to send him the "proof". I asked Sean for the email address. He told me to send it to the email that I had sent the other one to. I explain to Shawn that I sent that email through their website contact page. Shawn then asked me if there was a spot on his website to add attachments to. My reply to him was "I don't know, it's your website" Sean did not like this and again became very angry. I asked for the email multiple times as Sean talked over me and yelled and told me I would need to file with the police now. The professionalism with this company is horrid As you can see with pass Yelp reviews. Highly recommend you stay away from this company. It also came to my attention that when they took over they raised the membership prices without contacting anyone or signing a new agreement. read more
