My car has never been this clean, even when I drove it off the lot when it was brand new. The level of detail and attention given was way beyond my expectations. In my over 50 years on this planet, I don't think I've ever seen ANYTHING cleaned to this level before. Do plan for it to take longer than estimated (Zac spent about six hours cleaning my car and it was not unusually dirty), but they did not charge me more than what was originally estimated. AMAZING!!! After a 2000 mile road trip with three zealously shedding pugs, my car was a hot mess. I found Zac through Yelp and promptly made an appointment on their website for a detail. He and his partner arrived at my house in their mobile detailing van, complete with water, generator and lights to work in the dark (they worked well past the sunset). My car looks cleaner than it did the day I brought it home brand new! Not a speck of fur was left! I joked that I was jealous of his OCD and meticulous attention to detail, but he left no surface unattended and my car is gleaming inside and out. I really admire young business owners who have a strong work ethic and provide exceptional customer service in a time when no one seems to really care about standing behind their work. I have a feeling their schedules will be packed soon, and rightfully so. On an added note, I was prepared to pay extra for steam cleaning but Zac kindly suggested we give vacuuming a try. The detail of my Chevy Bolt (for insurance purposes) and my BMW went well. Results were very nice, but I am not happy about the detailer follow-up. Unfortunately, the Square system they used for payment did not offer an option for adding a tip. The detailer promised sending a detailed receipt for the insurance work that evening, but it has been a couple of days with no follow-up from Zac. This may very well impact payment from the insurance company, and adds a negative to an otherwise positive detailing experience, leading to a 3-star rating. read more

Zac is great at what he does. He did my employers' three vehicles. He stayed very, very late and then came very, very early to finish all three cars by the time my bosses returned from spring break. All three cars look amazing. My boss commented that his car had not looked as good since it was new from the showroom. His BMW is about 10 years old. Great attention to detail. Zac returned my voicemail within one hour and was able to schedule an appointment within the next week. I like that he's convenient with a mobile van and will drive to your house. His professional van is impressive, complete with his company logo on the exterior and packed with his own generator, steam machine, and tools. I told him that I didn't care about my husband's car's exterior, just the interior. Zac charged $160 for a complete interior detail on a sedan. He did a better job at dusting the dashboard than Perfection Auto Detailing, and I didn't need to redo his work. Zac's a hard worker with a good attitude. He worked for three and a half hours straight, in 45 degree weather, with no complaints. I like how he doesn't use chemicals inside the car unless necessary. If he does use chemicals, he'll spray a small amount onto a brush, never directly into the car. He only uses a steam cleaner, not shampoo cleaner, so chemicals aren't used on the carpet or seats. Zac understands that inhaling chemicals aren't good for the customer or him, and my husband's car didn't smell like chemicals. I would hire Zac again. read more

I went shopping in Austin's 100 degree heat and left a bottle of wine and a bottle of barbecue sauce in a bag in the back seat of my car (which is cloth fabric) by mistake when I got home. The next morning when I got in the car I saw the mess. The heat had apparently caused the cork to blow off the bottle of wine, spilling the wine all over the seat and it also broke the sauce bottle.
