Towards the end of the night things escalated when my wife made a final request and I attempted to intervene to help her get one of her favorite songs played... which should not be so difficult on her wedding night?? With all the crazy changes And having just had a baby I completely forgot to give Nicole the new address to the wedding venue. Here we are on the day off and I had a delivery at the old venue address. Of course I started freaking out but my fear and anxiety were quickly shoved away. I emailed Nicole and received a response not even a minute later. I was amazed at how quickly she not only responded but rerouted our rentals to the correct address as well. When you have one party after the other you wonder how they maintain consistent cleanliness in this facility. I did notice one hand sanitizer just before you exit. Unfortunately it's the children that are in contact with germs mostly. I would be interested to understand what these children fun house businesses do for consistent cleansings of their facility.

Some inflatables are not blown up during he toddler time event , which is understandable but it makes it look so empty and takes up space where the children can run because obviously they're not allowed to be on top of the deflated bounce houses. They do have staff at every "bounce house" standing by to make sure the kids are safe which is great because usually when you have high school kids running the show it's all about talking amongst each other and checking Instagram. That is not the case here. The girls were attentive of the children and not once did I see anyone on their phones. I understand a kids place is bound to get dirty and old but I think it's about time for an update! Their toddler open play is also only on Fridays and some Fridays they even cancel it for summer camps. So that's a stinker. I ordered flowers from 1800 flowers on Saturday for my grandmothers funeral Sunday. The total cost…read morewas $296 for a "large" spray which was supposed to be on a stand with roses, gardenias, lilies etc. When I arrived at the funeral home yesterday I was horrified and embarrassed to see what had been delivered. There were about 15-20 flowers shoved into an exposed floral brick. The flowers were dead with shriveled and wilted petals and even the baby's breath was brown and literally crumbling when it was touched. It was such an embarrassment on an already awful day. When I called 1800 flowers I was informed that the arrangement was a prepared and delivered by Herb Mila flowers. When my husband called them directly to see about a replacement they hung up on him. This establishment should be ashamed. I cannot believe someone thought that was appropriate to deliver to a funeral home. I sincerely hope that 1800 flowers terminates their contract. I was at least able to get a full refund from the company when they saw the pictures of this disaster.
