In an Industrial area of Farmingdale resides Bouncers and Slydos. An indoor Inflatable bouncers children's party house that services birthday parties mostly. I have been to this facility often and if the children could write reviews they all would post five star reviews. The only one challenge that this business probably faces is children's germs. When you have one party after the other you wonder how they maintain consistent cleanliness in this facility. I did notice one hand sanitizer just before you exit. Unfortunately it's the children that are in contact with germs mostly. Tried this place out with a Groupon and will most likely be sticking to just using the Groupon passes. It is a small place with about 4 inflatables that are very old and dirty. Some inflatables are not blown up during he toddler time event , which is understandable but it makes it look so empty and takes up space where the children can run because obviously they're not allowed to be on top of the deflated bounce houses. They do have staff at every "bounce house" standing by to make sure the kids are safe which is great because usually when you have high school kids running the show it's all about talking amongst each other and checking Instagram. That is not the case here. The girls were attentive of the children and not once did I see anyone on their phones. I understand a kids place is bound to get dirty and old but I think it's about time for an update! Their toddler open play is also only on Fridays and some Fridays they even cancel it for summer camps. So that's a stinker. Definitely grab the Groupon and check it out but I'll be leaving it at that. read more

On those days where you just can't be outside, this is a great place to bring your little one to burn some of that endless energy they create. (Shouldn't we all be so lucky). There is certainly enough to do to keep your child occupied. Music plays all the while to make this a feel-good place to come and play. Sign in is a snap and we scored some Groupon specials for toddler open play. Once inside, it's socks only so make sure you bring a pair for your child and yourself. There are cubbies to store your belonging and there is also a station for hand sanitizing upon entering and exiting. This is one of the few place we have brought our daughter where she has NOT gotten sick with something two days later. Once inside there are various levels of blow-up contraptions for the little ones to play on. You can actually watch them progress through the various levels of climbing or jumping in each area. Of course, Our little girl is partial to Minnie Mouse and loves to be there as well as the pirate ship. There is also a larger-than-life piano that the kids can walk on and generate some music near wear the light stage and music are loudest. I have mixed feelings about this place. We came here to get some energy out over the winter break "open play" time. I think that my son is a bit too young for here (he's a little over two). Or, they need to split the sessions up. There were kids a little younger than my son's age up until probably 8 years old or so. The issue I take is that the "big" kids are on the smaller bouncers intended for the little guys, horsing around and acting insane with no regard for the small kids. This makes me crazy. And there are parents that don't watch their child. One was vaulting himself over the side where you aren't supposed to enter, and knocked my son over and then was just running around like crazy in the pirate ship. I get that older children want to let their energy out too, but they aren't mindful of others around them and they should be on the equipment geared more towards their age. Maybe it was a bit chaotic because everyone is off from school... Also, EVERYTHING was out of order. The hand sanitizer station, the water fountain, and the drink machine. I was so parched by the time we left and didn't want to take my son's water from his sippy cup. If anything, my dude was more enthralled with the hurricane machine thing ($2 for approximately a minute of "wind"). And when it wasn't on, he just wanted to open and close the door. For $12, ($15 if you want the zip line) it's ok-priced, but again - I would only return if they had a toddler specific session because it was just too crazy. Took my 3 year old here around mid day. Place was very quiet which was nice. The front desk area is small so I wasn't sure what to expect. 12 bucks for toddler time. Which is 10 to 12 or 12 to 2. Upon entering there was a huge area of inflatable. Most notably Micky clubhouse which my daughter loves. There were a few inflatables not blown up which was a little bit of a let down. I do hafta say tho the girl Valerie who works there was absolutely amazing with my daughter. Running around. Playing ball.going on the slides. I was very impressed by her and my daughter was upset to go so she gave Val a hug. Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone with a younger child to get those bugs out and have some fun Be advised with these places that inclement weather will increase traffic. read more

Came here for a birthday party and it's a lot of fun for the kids and adults! There are so many bouncy houses to choose from, great for the older kids, the toddlers and parents! I myself went on the large slides multiple times. I unfortunately didn't get to jump off the cliff or zip line. That's only for the kids. There is more than enough time to run around, enough for them to work up an appetite. The room for birthdays and eating is a little tight. But wherever they order Pizza from....DELICIOUS Marsala Pizza! I would go back to Farmingdale just for that Pizza! read more

This place is geared for smaller children like 4-6 years old but my 8 and 9 year olds had a great time and were playing the entire time. I really don't like to give bad reviews to places that are for kids. I know how tough it must be to run a kid friendly environment. That being said. This place is just sad. Small, very few play pieces. There are 4 bouncers and 2 sliders. It Looks like very little effort is put into the this place and it shows. To charge $14 a head for 2 hour play just seems high. If it were $5-$9 I would say it's worth it for your little one to kill an hour or two. read more

They have a nice variety of contraptions for jumping, bouncing, climbing, sliding, etc--including a zip line and a trampoline/trapeze. The facility is well staffed, with younger, enthusiastic people, allowing the parents to relax, while the kids play and expend that pent up energy. They even provide a few benches so the parents can relax. The contraptions appeal to a pretty wide age range-3-preteen by my estimation. While I don't think it's a place to have a party for the older kids, it'd do well enough to entertain an older sibling for an hour or so. Extra touches include black lights, lasers, and a pretty good quality sound system. It's a little loud, but not to the point of making conversation difficult. Playtime lasts an hour, followed by the standard 30 minute pizza and cake. The staff is organized and very little time is wasted. The party room is a touch too cramped. Comically, there are benches and a closed circuit monitor just outside for those who'd rather duck the crowd. They also provide multiple, clean restroom facilities. read more

Fun place for a kid's birthday party. They have lots of bouncers, a zip line, a trampoline type of bouncer, an interactive foot piano and plenty of room for your kiddos to run around. The staff was excellent and very energetic. It was a 3pm party, so you assume they were already a few parties in and they were ready. I really liked the obstacle bouncer. The place is fun but geared way more to older kids. The toddler time doesn't have enough stuff for actual toddlers to do, it's more for age 3-4. I brought my 2 year old and he didn't really like it or want to go on anything. There were like 2-3 very large deflated bouncers which made it feel empty. They only had 2 bouncers with slides that were small, one bounce house and one giant slide that toddlers are incapable of climbing up. And another large bouncer thing that wasn't rly toddler friendly. My kids favorite part was the balls that were laying around on the floor. Just had our 8 year old daughters birthday party and they were fantastic. From the start they were extremely communicative about options and not pushy at all. The room has super high ceiling, which gives it a cathedralesque feeling and oh so-much room for running around. I had my 5 year olds birthday party here and all of the kids had fun! Older kids loved the zip line and younger kids liked the slides and mikey mouse bouncer and pirate ship bouncer. Pricing was fair for a kids party including pizza and beverages for kids. I also added goody bags and cotton candy for all the kids to take home. The party staff were very helpful and they kept the kids entertained by dancing and they even helped me hand out glow in the dark necklaces that we used during the black light dance party at the end of the bounce party. We love this place. We found it through a groupon deal they had and now we are hooked. Even without the groupon it's a good price for the toddler session. I got a few of my friends to come to the toddler sessions with me too. They have huge fun blow ups that even the adults can play on. It's great that they allow that because when the kids are little it's hard for them to walk on the rubbery blow up floaties & slides. My son loves the huge array of balls rolling around the most. They have a giant basketball one. During toddler sessions they have a fb system playing popular kid songs like "Baby Shark" "Gummy Bear" "Crazy Frog" My kid loves those songs and so do I. I seriously jump around this place with him and have so much fun kicking the balls around and running around. My friend had a party here for her daughter recently and they had set up more of the blow up stuff. Was pretty cool. The only thing I would suggest is to have some sort of bendable portable mesh gates Velcro'd in between the machines. My kid is a runner and keeps going in between which may be dangerous. read more

I had my child's birthday party at this venue. My child and her friends really enjoyed themselves. It was definitely nice not to have to take care of setting up or cleaning after the party. The equipment and floor in the play area seemed clean. With the exception of the bouncer immediately to the left when you enter the play area, which looked warped, the equipment also appeared to be in good condition. Generally the staff was very good. I did have concerns about our greeter/hostess, who left us hanging in the beginning (in the holding area) without saying much. Similarly, the young lady that gave the kids directions at the beginning of the play time portion of the party did not allow the children time to gather near her before she started shouting out the safety announcement/instructions...so, none of that was heard. The staff assigned to the slides and bouncers were attentive and polite, as were the ladies who served the cake. I chose to look away from them when they were plopping the slices of cake onto the plates with their hands (gloved, thankfully); it was an unusual method. I ended up leaving a larger tip than I would have liked, because as other reviewers have noted, I was told that they divide the tip by their total staff of 10. Therefore, I gave more to avoid undertipping the staff that were attentive and polite, but by doing so, unfortunately provided a tip larger than the hostess and person that gave instructions (that no one heard) would have received if they didn't divide the tip the way they described. The place is huge, fairly priced, and just what we were looking for. Today we had our party and it exceeded my expectations. My expectations were already high based on what they were promising me before the day of the party. The staff was energetic, friendly, had clear direction of what they needed to do and as a result, was a very smooth party with very happy guests. They set up and pack up everything for you. I was able to enjoy watching my son having a blast with his friends instead of running around dealing with decorations and errands. The zip line was appropriate for the 5 years olds at my party. The bungy bounce and zip line was the extra option we added to our party and it was a big hit. The place was clean and well organized. We came here for a birthday party this past Saturday. I was impressed by how big the place was. It's practically a giant warehouse. The bouncers were much bigger than Bounce U. They even had a zip line on one of them. if it wasn't socially awkward to be the only adult playing on these things with a bunch of elementary school kids, I would have been all over it! The only thing I didn't really like was the party room where they serve food. It was disproportionately smaller than the rest of the place. I think I counted 3 cafeteria style tables so all the kids had to be jammed in there like a can of sardines. What about the adults? They shoved all of us in an even smaller corridor where I could practically touch opposite walls with my outstretched arms. It was very awkward finding a place to stand. I felt like I was constantly in the way of other people as well as the staff. In addition, the parking lot was also small compared to the size of the place. I had to park across the street because the lot was full. Considering I spent one-third of the party in a cramped space, I feel the 3-star rating was fair. read more

Terrible party. Just has my kids birthday party there last Thursday. This is my third kid so I've been to a lot of these types of parties. The girls working the party were absolutely the most miserable party attendants I have ever seen. No interest in the kids. No interest in making it fun for the birthday boy. Pretty sure they didn't even know or care what my sons name was. The party is an hour and half which is short compared to other places. The best part was at the end. As soon as the party hit an hour and half the attendant walks and screams at the top of her lungs....." Your jackets are in the other room so you can get them now". Basically get the f$&k out. I have been there many many times and have always been amazed that it is run so professionally. The staff is terrific and always there to assist the children. I have four grandchildren ages 13,9,and 5 and they love going there. Our twins call it their fun place. As most people know it isn't always easy to keep children entertained and active , Bouncers and Slydos does it all for you. There are many different activities and they arrange the children's time and motivate them to keep active and to try different activities. When it is time for pizza and cake the staff also handles everything from giving out the pizza to cutting the cake, it doesn't get better then this. I highly recommend it even when there isn't a birthday, there are times during the week that it is open to the public and they always make your time there special. My Daughter had her Birthday Party Here. She loved it and the kids had a great time and I would have given this place 5 stars except a few of these were disappointing: I paid extra for the " air Bourne adventure", the guy hyped it up to be this hot air balloon that the kids sit in that " overlooks the arena" and then it eventually drops them down fast. Well, if I knew what it actually was, I wouldn't have paid extra for it because it's a waste. It doesn't overlook anything, and it doesn't drop you down. When it releases u, it's not a drop, it's seriously nothing and the hot air balloon wasn't deflating correctly. I have no idea why they would get rid of the bungee and put that piece of junk in place of that. Anyway, another thing I was a little ticked off about was I wasn't aware prior to the party that there were going to be 10 staff members I had to tip. I was assuming 2, so my husband had to run out and go to the ATM. Overall the place is clean and the staff members were nice. I would recommend this place to others. read more

My daughter had a great 4th birthday here. The staff is friendly and alert. They have staff at every slide to make sure the little ones are OK. I didn't need to worry. They were organized. I really liked that we had the whole place for our party. Discussing setting up mup the party was a breeze and they were very friendly. They suggested some party add ons but I never felt pressured. I'm glad I did the zip line. The kids loved it. I only wish I could have had a half hour longer. When people show up 15 min late then they only have 45 minutes of jumping time. We were not impressed at all. We were told to wear socks and never told the children need to be under 100 lbs. some very disappointed. Everything is timed. Very rushed!!! Like a factory, keep moving along. The kids who were able to go on the bouncers and zip line seem to have fun. This is not a place for under 2 years old. The hostesses were very attentive with the set up and clean up even though we were still eating. We had about 22 kids. I'm sure there are much better places to due business with. read more

Just booked and had a graduation party for our son. First time I had ever done something like this. Outstanding service. Friendly, attentive staff. Facility smelled and appeared super clean. (I thought it would smell of kids and sweat. I am a germ-a-phobe so this was a welcome surprise!) Ample parking and well lit. The manager took the time to become informed about our needs and did not rush me despite my thousand questions. Great experience.
