Saw the reviews about these guys, so went in (a bit sheepish) and explained my problem. 5 minutes later I walked out with a functioning watch, with the back reattached and me educated as to how to set my watch minutes. Contacted Harry's watches asked them what they did, confirmed glass was purchased from eBay rather than a legitimate Rolex parts provider. HIGHLY AVOID! started legal proceedings for damages.
