The person on the phone was very polite and scheduled their staff to come take a look the next day. They showed up on time and explained everything on the spot. He said he could come back in a week (on a Thursday of the next week at 8am) to spray. I have a complicated house, but they took the time to really get all the spots. They were polite and put everything back if they had to move anything, when they left. I would go with them again for termite control.

They have since done nothing but try to avoid any responsibility for their mistake. Today I spoke with Keith Nolan and his excuses morphed over the conversation but all were preposterous: "There was clutter in the garage so we couldn't see the damage" - untrue, the pictures I took that day show the damage was clearly visible when they inspected, they just missed it. "I have been doing this 32 years and can assure you that we bear no responsibility under North Carolina law for this" - surely they have a duty of care? "We saw the damage but we couldn't get close enough to determine the species causing it so we couldn't mention it in the report" - is there anyone that believes that can possibly be true? "We saw the damage but despite our many years of experience we couldn't be sure it was caused by insects - it might have been nail holes" - nails impersonating termites? Obviously up to you, but if they make a mistake, and everyone makes mistakes, this company will do everything to avoid taking any responsibility for its mistake. You can judge whether the excuses above are incompetent or dishonest. If you don't feel lucky, consider using another company.

We've battled mosquitos for years at our house in the front and back yards. During spring summer…read moreand fall the mosquitos would eat us up. IPI installed two contraptions that have eliminated all mosquitos and we are now enjoying our front and back porches with zero mosquitos, and also enjoying our meals outside! It's amazing. I knew there had to be a way to rid of them...but the foggers were only very temporary. This system is serviced by Isaac and is completely headache free for me. We have one treating the front of the house and one treating the rear of the house. One treats roughly 1200 sqft so my neighbor is also enjoying the benefits as we live downtown.
