I like that they also have Arctic Circle attached so you can have a simple meal either before or after shopping. Most grocery items now can be purchased in the same area. Items are better systematized compared to Ken's and are easier to find. Prices can be better but if you would have to run elsewhere we are talking Poky to save few dollars you are still wasting time, plus they also have some seasonal coupons etc. I do believe they have few bugs to work out and to correct, but shopping experiences recently greatly improved due to new stores coming to town. One may not remember but long time ago we had 2 grocery stores here in American Falls and healthy competition never hurts. So overall I am very grateful it is like we got another free gift this Holiday Season. Prices certainly could be better, but shopping for few grocery items now does not take a 50+ miles round trip so the whole community benefits from it.

Not only did they NOT check my fluids but I was told by the man at the desk that I had a taillight out. I bought the bulb and went out there with an employee to discover the light was working (my bad I guess for trusting "professionals"). I kept the bulb because I could use it in the future, got home and checked my fluids because the bulb situation made me suspicious... and all of them were low. They didn't even fill my wiper fluid, which on the paperwork says it was completed. They're lying con artists. If they can't be bothered to tell me my fluids are low then what else are they neglecting to tell customers, and what other scams are they pulling?

Fun Small Town Market! -…read moreMikes market itself isn't much different from your average grocery store, in reality it's actually a lot smaller and has a lot less options. But the store itself is a very fun place to be at. When we were checking out all of the locals just kept chatting up talking about all the town gossip and things like that which was super fun for us. We also were able to ask them about the hidden secrets of lava hot springs. It was super great to be in such a welcoming place to visitors.

After I put my card in to pay and the transaction was processed, she walked away from her register to continue talking to her coworker. Didnt say anything to me or even offered a receipt. Treats his staff…read morelike trash in front of customers, the one and only complaint I've in 2.5 yrs of shopping here daily about one of the cleaning machines I rented he laughed at me, didn't offer any help whatsoever. I wouldn't even complain but over the months watching him treat his staff the way he does has got to me. I spend hundreds a week here, look up my phone number you'll see. I've slowly started taking my business to Albertsons, which by the way is slightly more expensive however, the staff is helpful, not condescending and rude like YOUR STORE MANAGER... there's no inconvenience on waiting like your store... (lack of cashiers, self checkouts not working) I'm unsure why you even put in self checkout.. it's 90% not usable ( errors, closed, or no one around to clear the screens... all of your best staff over 2.5 yrs have left to other establishments, I see and talk to them in town. You need to re think your management, treat your cashiers and stockers better. For being a "family owned business" it seems you're only about money and not your workers as you allow the upper management to treat them like trash, and cut their hours it's appalling.
