We were greeted by a beautiful Poodle who led us to Gage, who turned out to be the absolute best at his craft and trust me, I've been in a lot of jewelry stores lately. Gage showed me countless options and helped me narrow it down to what I was looking for until I finally made a decision. He was patient and kind and took the time to chat and get a feel for what I really liked. Yes, we bought the ring because we loved it, but we have walked out of so many jewelry stores simply because we didn't appreciate how we were treated, so we also bought the ring because of Gage and his excellent knowledge and skills. All of the staff were welcoming and lovely to be around. I highly recommend this store. I went in to make our monthly payment a few weeks ago and the guy that was taking my payment, Steven, started to try to sell some jewelry. He told me that my monthly payments would not change as we were just adding to my current balance with what new jewelry I picked out so I thought what the heck for Christmas. He even said we still had credit for more if we wanted, and did NOT tell me that my payments would be changing. We signed paperwork and left and then I got a bill in the mail today saying my monthly payments were now $294 instead of the $70 I was paying before. My husband went back to the store and Steven claimed that he told us multiple times that our payment would not be the same if we went over our credit limit, which I definitely did not remember him saying that even once, PLUS we still had available credit. I would have remembered if they told me my payment would change to that much! They wouldn't take my husband's watch back since he already wore it, but the rings my husband got for me were still in the store since we hadn't picked them up yet and so they did take those back. However, they still raised our monthly payment to $85 and said they can't give us back our original payment. My husband told them once we pay off our balance, we are not doing business with them again!

I went in to have a sterling silver chain repaired. It was very expensive and the lobster clasp wasn't closing anymore. I met the owner who was welcoming and professional. I left with a suggested finish date of a week. Within thirty minutes I received a text my chain was fixed and there would be no charge. What?, was my first thought. So I returned and the owner explained that they could not put on a new lobster clasp because of how the chair was made. But they were able to fix the one on the chain. I'm not sure what magic they performed, but it works perfectly and they cleaned the chain for me. Now the hard part was not to go back with my husband and help him see I just needed some new jewelry. Maybe in the new year.... Their selection of fine items is impressive, their store beautifully kept, and their personnel kind and welcoming.

I asked the lady who was working there (assuming the owner) if she had any, and she took me towards the back of the store and showed me one shirt that had an American flag with a silhouette of the Tetons. I told her I wasn't looking for one with an American flag. She said to me "then you need to leave my store". I knew in an instant that she had made this interaction political when all I wanted was a more NPS-related shirt. My reply to her was "you don't have to be MAGA to love America". As exited the store, the woman followed me out onto the sidewalk yelling at me "leave America!!!" My husband was getting gas across the street from her store and heard her yelling at me but could not understand what she was saying. First of all my grandfather's ancestors arrived in America in the 1600s at Jamestown so I have as much right to be here as she does bc she was obviously NOT INDIGENOUS. I am an American citizen and have no intentions of leaving. Apparently, the store only sells to MAGA/Trump supporters so be aware or shop elsewhere if your political beliefs align differently from the owner. Addendum: The owner's response is a fabrication of the events that occurred that day. Maybe she is embarrassed or attempting to save face in her community for her behavior? Everyone has bad days. She never said anything about the shirt design being her art work not that I care and I certainly did not say that I hated the American Flag or what it represents. That is crazy. She did ask me to leave when I said I did not want a shirt with an American Flag design. FYI, my husband and I own an apparel company and we often use Americana-themed designs in our clothing.
