    I needed programs printed same-day and went to Staples just two hours before I needed them. At first, I thought I'd do it myself, but quickly realized I needed help. Although the store was short-staffed, the young lady at the counter went above and beyond to assist me personally. Despite dealing with other customers who were rude and impatient, these ladies remained respectful, professional, and efficient. Their tone was firm yet courteous, and it was clear they have been well-trained to handle difficult situations without losing their cool. I'm genuinely surprised they have so few stars, because I witnessed fantastic customer service that day. Thank you to the Staples team for handling a tough situation with grace and making sure my project was completed on time!

    Excellent service at the print department. I needed a book unbound and then rebound with spirals and another Staples (cough cough in Yonkers cough cough) wasn't able to do it because my book was too thick for their machine... this staples had no issues whatsoever. Gave 4 stars because each spiral ends up costing around $10 which I thought was a bit much. My rebound books were presented to me earlier than anticipated in the fancy pictured box. Boy did it feel good walking around with that box in tow. Also pro-tip-- there's parking in the back for customers. Just a few spots but better than nothing. VEGETARIANS BEWARE-- come on man it's staples. lol.

    This is not one of my regular Staples. I came down because I was purchasing a laptop that was on clearance and they were one of the few stores in the entire NYC metro area that had a brand new unit in inventory. The store in Elmsford called to ask them to put the item aside. I drove down and was there about 30 minutes later. By luck, the person I was told to ask for, Kahlil was the first person to greet me when I walked through the entrance. I was in and out in less than 15 minutes. Everyone was very friendly. A very pleasant experience all around. The store itself is very well lit, clean and organized. Parking in the area, which in front of the store is muni-meter, or free on the side streets next to and behind the building. It may take you a lap or two to get close enough space. That night was pretty good.

    Walked into Staples and was a bit disappointed with one of the employees. I was looking for an item and needed assistance. I said excuse me to one of the employees and he responded by saying yeah. I asked him to direct me to the aisle with office supplies and his response was what, with an expression like I was bothering him. I requested to see a manger. Staple please train your employees to greet your customers. Customer service is important.

The gentleman at the counter gave me a price quote and assured me it would only take about an hour, so I told him I'd be back the next day. ​I returned as planned and handed the phone over. Thankfully, it turned out to just be a screen issue after all! The repair itself was done incredibly quickly and efficiently. He even let me know to come back if I ran into any issues with his work, but everything has been perfect so far and I highly doubt I'll have any problems. ​The quality of work and the speed make it worth it, but the prices were definitely a bit higher than I initially expected. I ultimately decided on 4 stars because they charge an extra fee if you pay with a credit card, on top of the regular tax. Depending on what you're getting fixed, that credit card fee plus tax can easily add an extra $20+ onto your quoted price. I know a lot of restaurants are starting to do this nowadays, but I wasn't expecting it at a repair shop and wish I had known in advance so I could decide if I wanted to use a different payment method to avoid the surcharge. Fortunately I was able to do so. ​Overall, they do fantastic, fast work, and the customer service is great! Just be sure to bring cash or an alternative payment method if you want to save a few bucks on the fees!

The colors were off and looked terrible, and it had a chin at the bottom. I went back and paid $250 for a proper oled iPhone screen. I was happy with it. I even went back to him weeks later for a screen protector. Everything looked and worked great for 3 months until it didn't. The screen started to glitch when I set it to full brightness then it started to flash and glitch with any movement. Finally my screen just failed. An ideal place would at least have a 90-day warranty or at least try to fix it, especially for a returning customer. He definitely recognized me because I was there 3 times within the past 3 months. Who would want to come back 3 times anyways? He had no intention whatsoever to help me. I asked if he could just check on the screen but he didn't bother answering any questions or concerns. Instead he was rude and I, the customer, had to ask "So how can we fix this?" He wanted $250 AGAIN to make me pay for a new screen. Why would I do that if the first one completely failed? Fool me once. Tuh! He just lost a loyal customer and I cannot recommend this place. You will feel regretful. Just go to the Apple Store so you won't lose out on your money.
