First time going here. Initially when I arrived at the location I couldn't find the suite. I called the phone number I found online and after several rings was prompted to either leave a voice message or a text. I opted to send a text because I was already at the location, but figured that my text stating I was at their location but couldnt find their suite, wouldn't be answered for a while so I got back in my car to leave. But to my suprise I got a text within the same minute! Yes, literally the same minute lol. My question was answered clearly and right away:) I was selling 2 Iphones, one of which wasn't even charged enough to turn on because I didn't have a charger for it. Caleb was helpful and used one of his chagers to plug in the phone so it could charge enough to turn on. He didnt make me feel like a bother or as if it was an inconvenience to him. The gentlemen at U Cell I buyback were fantastic! They were right. We sent 1 phone to Buyback Boss and they gave a lot less than quoted. Thankfully we only sent them 1 phone. Their offer ended up being the same amount UCELL was offering. They claimed a scratch just but we took a picture of the phone and it was in great condition.
