I was targeted by a scammer who posed as a BitDefender representative "helping" secure my laptop. Thank goodness I eventually figured out that he was a scammer. I turned off my laptop. I was shaken and felt so violated convinced my laptop or data had been compromised. I called Roger's Technology Solutions and was welcomed by a polite, warm human being who advised I stop by. I stopped in the next day and Candido checked my laptop to see if anything was extracted or downloaded. He explained step by step. We found benign folders and deleted them. He advised how to keep potential scammers at bay. Candido was super knowledgeable, polite and provided amazing customer service. I requested a quote , filled out their forms , played their data mining game . After i do al of that , they send me some lame email saying they couldn't quote a simple battery . I replied to their email in a fury of anger, letting them know how their lack of transparency royally made me angry , and they were horrible for wasting my time. The owner is very condescending and not a nice person. He sent me a text after my email to him, telling me.to eff off .... In his mind he thought I really wanted to do business with a non transparent company ? He thinks he's entitled to everyone's business. I filled out their forms to get an instant quote to put a battery in my kid's cell phone . I wasted my time based on their promise of an instant quote. None was given. All I was given was a condescending remark as to how old my kid's phone was. Well, they failed in transparency and honesty. His texts and emails are too graphic for Yelp. But the owner was super incorrigible about the subject. Surely you will find better service from the factory store . With transparent pricing. Answer to your lame comment: How about an apology for your lack of transparency? I don't owe you anything! The moment your site tricked me into filling out forms based on lies is when you lost me. It wasn't, and never was your choice . You are not entitled to my business. Business needs to be earned , and you don't understand that . You are just a joke to me. Any honest business is better than you. I am not afraid of the truth like you are. Yet, I am a "concerning individual" ? Please explain what that means ? It's not even English. I'm definitely going to be a returning customer because the service didn't rush me out the door.
