I chose this repair shop because of its good reputation and fair pricing and got my other phone fixed here. They replaced the screen and housing on my iPhone 8 Plus and it looked great at first But a few months later, after the phone was dropped the back camera stopped working I opened it to check and found missing screws and missing metal brackets and the metal bracket that holds the rear camera connector. The cable had come loose because that bracket wasn't there. That was disappointing and came in to get that fixed now they charging me $15 just to reconnect the cable? I'd highly recommend all customers check their repairs carefully and ask the shop if all internal parts were reinstalled so y'all get y'all money worth That keeps things honest and more credible and not scam people by not doing y'alls jobs right‍‍ read more

But the phone you offered me -- an iPhone 13 Pro, supposedly with a 100% battery -- turned out to be not only refurbished, but worse: a stolen device. And what's even more shocking is that you personally guaranteed it with a one-year warranty. I'm not naïve -- I know exactly what I'm doing. Instead of falsely accusing me of trying to negotiate too much or harassing a small business, you should start by being honest about the products you're selling. I have respect for small businesses when they show transparency and professionalism. But selling a stolen phone, claiming it's new, and then trying to deflect with unfounded accusations -- including ethnic remarks -- is absolutely unacceptable. Just to be clear: I'm not Arab. DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE. The whole shop is so sus. Owner is unskilled, rude and more focused on being an influencer than running a successful and functional business. Brought my phone in for screen repair because they were the only folks locally who said they could get it done in ONE DAY. Was told they would call me when complete. End of the day arrives, no call. I drive over, store is closed. I call and call, no response until the next day they say they had to close early. My phone took an additional 3 days, he messed something up with the first screen, still leaking, had to replace and break the back of my phone. WOULD NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR HIS OBVIOUS FUCK UP. Broke the back of my phone to fix it, had to wait an additional 3 days for that piece. Dude was super rude when asked to explain, refused a refund or any kind of discount, suggested it was bad karma that brought me to his store?? What a joke! My phone hasn't functioned the same since, super slow running I suspect malware so I rebooted it. A few days ago it died completely and won't turn back on. The only issue before bringing it in was a leaky screen. Now I have to replace my $1000 phone that never had ANY OTHER issues aside from a leaky screen before bringing it here.
