My cat keeps throwing my electronics on the ground I think in a jealous rage. This phone repair shop keeps fixing. My cat has lots problems. He likes to bite humans and throw their prized electronics on the ground. The more expensive the more he enjoys the destruction of that particular consumer good. I think he is jealous of this outdoor homeless cat family - The Meows - that I am slowly coming to love. My Apple Laptop and numerous phones all ruined. Filled with precious photos and videos all not backed up. My favorite Pig Pig video, my special friend dancing with Dr Dana in her living room cheek to cheek - not those cheeks - hot and steamy - bumping and grinding - all the best memories a person could have locked up in a phone with its guts spilling out. I love my little guy. I learned not to compare my new feline companion to Ms. Pig. She was perfect. No problems - just a companion that sat there and snoozed away and one had the feeling all was well in the world with her there. I tried to replace her with Rinks and Sweets - but that was a no go. Rinks - Ms Independent and Sweets - well, that was like no company at all. Enter Mr Moose - I invited pure chaos into my home. I had slight water damage to my iPad Pro. I went to another shop first that wouldn't even try to work on my iPad because the screen was so large (12.9 in). I went to Phone Repair Pro and they were willing to look at it and even attempt to repair it. They let me know that it was a 50:50 chance that the iPad could be repaired but would give me a complete refund if it didn't work. I figured it was worth the chance and a few days later (they had to order the parts and it was the weekend) I have it back working. Highly recommand. My iPhone screen is dim at all time. I got the screen and proximity sensor replaced on the iPhone. He looked at the phone and know right away there was water damage and the sensors are done. He KNOWs the face ID is not working either! proximity replacement would solve the problem. My phone case (Otter) Defender had started coming apart they the all eventually do. Once this happens you had better replace it or your screen will crack! At least that's what happens to me. I yelped IPhone screen replacement and up popped Phone Repair Pros! I called and talked to Ali. He told me he could do it in 1-1 1/2 hours. I brought it in and his technician, a guy in a room in the back with special light, magnifying glasses, and he looked at my phone. The was a bit of damage on the side he was examining then shock his head yes. Ali brought my phone back out, said it could be done, so I left it. Exactly 1-1/12 later I was picking up my phone, good as new! I could have gone with a warranty replacement but that is a hassle. This place is not! BAD BUSINESS!!! DONT COME HERE!!! I brought my Apple watch here to fix the charging port. They didn't have the part. They were not firm with a price. They told me it'll take a couple hours. They waited till 6:40 to call me to come pick the watch up. I go to to pick it up and they're rushing me out. I get in my car and the watch just doesn't want to connect to my phone. I restart the watch, nothing, I hard restart still no connection. Im noticing all these features that Apple products don't have. I press the "i" logo and a Chinese voice just keeps speaking. It's hard knowing you work hard for your stuff and these guys just think they can do what ever they want. Mr Isaiah swapped my watch with a Chinese product and now I'm left with a nock off Chinese product. If I were you guys I would stay away from this place. read more
