Highly recommand. My iPhone screen is dim at all time. I got the screen and proximity sensor replaced on the iPhone. He looked at the phone and know right away there was water damage and the sensors are done. He KNOWs the face ID is not working either! proximity replacement would solve the problem. My phone case (Otter) Defender had started coming apart they the all eventually do. Once this happens you had better replace it or your screen will crack! At least that's what happens to me. I yelped IPhone screen replacement and up popped Phone Repair Pros! I called and talked to Ali. He told me he could do it in 1-1 1/2 hours. I brought it in and his technician, a guy in a room in the back with special light, magnifying glasses, and he looked at my phone. The was a bit of damage on the side he was examining then shock his head yes. Ali brought my phone back out, said it could be done, so I left it. Exactly 1-1/12 later I was picking up my phone, good as new! I could have gone with a warranty replacement but that is a hassle. This place is not! BAD BUSINESS!!! DONT COME HERE!!! I brought my Apple watch here to fix the charging port. They didn't have the part. They were not firm with a price. They told me it'll take a couple hours. They waited till 6:40 to call me to come pick the watch up. I go to to pick it up and they're rushing me out. I get in my car and the watch just doesn't want to connect to my phone. I restart the watch, nothing, I hard restart still no connection. Im noticing all these features that Apple products don't have. I press the "i" logo and a Chinese voice just keeps speaking. It's hard knowing you work hard for your stuff and these guys just think they can do what ever they want. Mr Isaiah swapped my watch with a Chinese product and now I'm left with a nock off Chinese product. If I were you guys I would stay away from this place. read more

Took my Iphone in for a replacement of the front screen and the back. Got the phone back first of paid 350 for the service and the phone starts sending me alerts that the screen isn't placed correctly or isn't approved by apple. On top of that when even I try to go live on any app the phone instantly tells me to turn off the phone because it is overheating and can explode, never had an issue with that before until brought it to this place. The screen also gets stuck sometimes so can't press certain letters and numbers sometimes. You guys are just better off taking it somewhere else. read more

Helpful and honest to estimate repair cost. Sold me a wireless charger instead of repair up to $100+. Only 3 stars because the wireless charger is defective and/or poor quality. After reaching 100%, battery decreased to less than 20% overnight. Useless expensive piece of plastic now used as a cup holder. No response after contacting via Yelp message. Chalk this up to doing research first before trying to help a local brick and mortar store. After a prompt response from owner, my email to owner seven days ago was never received. Apologize for the technical misunderstanding. An offer to fix the problem was extended and appreciated. Changed my review from 3 to 5 stars. To be clear, phone was placed on charger overnight and not removed. Battery died while still on charger. read more
