My wife can't handle much spice at all, and they made sure her order stayed at a mild level. They listened, got it right, and she ended up really enjoying her meal--which says a lot. The adjustable spice levels are a huge plus. Whether you want no heat or something that kicks, you can pick exactly what works for you.
