Conceptually I love this place! Super unique idea to turn a gas station into a restaurant, and they have a good variety on the menu. The vibe there is cool, and the staff are SUPER friendly! The portions are extremely generous. The only things I didn't like were that there aren't really health-conscious options (lots of meat and potatoes but not much in the way of lighter options) and everything is served in plastic to-go containers, with packages of plastic utensils, even if you eat there, which made me uncomfortable. I was visiting from out of town and I saw this place mentioned a few times on TikTok. It looked good and it was pretty highly rated. It was formerly a food truck apparently. Honestly, this is not the nicest area of Colorado Springs, but quite often, that's where the good food comes from! I tried the breakfast burrito topped with green chilli and the street tacos. The food was was really good. You order at the window and when it's ready, they bring it out to you. But, the place wasn't very clean. Floors were dirty and LOTS of flies inside. I ended up moving outside where there were less flies, but the tables and ground was even more of a mess. The parking lot had huge potholes and looked like an underdeveloped country. I think if these issues were addressed, it would be a terrific place. I think takeout might be the best option. read more

A unique breakfast experience to be sure! After a morning at the Ft. Carson hospital, we hopped our hungry selves over to Roll Up for some breakfast burritos. At $15 each, they were hefty and wrapped in a big translucent tortilla. I ordered the chorizo and a fountain Dr Pepper. Personally, I prefer to tip based on the service I've already received, but this spot has a DIY ordering and payment system that gives a tipping option before confirming the order, which makes me slightly uncomfortable and gives me the sense that it influences the level of service you receive. The restaurant itself is really cool. It appears to be a converted gas station (hence the name) and sells novelty snack items inside (e.g. you've heard of astronaut ice cream, but have you ever seen astronaut peach rings???). While pricey, Roll Up is a cool spot and I recommend checking it out. Should I return, I will probably get my burrito without the potato chunks, since it seems to act more as filling than flavor. read more

This converted gas station is very fun. You think you can eat 3 street tacos- you may be overconfident like I was. They are huge! Both inside and outside the building is super cute, with well painted murals on every inch of the walls. The food is always fresh, and delicious!! You can tell the people who designed the menu love food as much we do. Today we ordered- Birria burrito- Huge, and absolutely delicious. Came with a large serving of Consome which is always a great thing, as well as two cups of two different salsas and a nice fresh slice of lime. Absolutely phenomenal Chicken bacon Ranch wrap- this is my overall favorite, it's everything you could ever want in a snack wrap. Grilled Chicken, soft melted cheddar, bacon all chopped, fresh greens, and a GOOD amount of dressing. I crave this at least monthly Kids cheeseburger meal- Came with Ketchup and Mayo, as well as the most amazing crispy fries. Blaming the customer or suggesting what I could have done differently, rather than offering a solution, is poor business practice--especially from an owner. I've enjoyed this recipe here and at other restaurants in Fountain and Colorado Springs before, and it was never this spicy. I can handle spice, but this was clearly not the same recipe. I've been eating at your restaurant for a few years now, and it's truly one of my favorite spots. Every time I order, my food is ready when I arrive, and the staff even remembers my name -- that kind of service means a lot. I tend to stick with what I love, and it's always been consistent and delicious. If I could offer one piece of feedback, it would be about the new red and green salsa. I really miss the previous versions -- they had such a unique flavor, and that was something that set your restaurant apart. The new salsas taste more like what's commonly found around town, and I've found myself not using them at all, which is a bummer. Quick service at the counter or you can choose to order from the kiosks. My friend and I split the steak and egg dippers and loaded breakfast fries with smoked brisket. The dippers were absolutely delicious and came with a side of pork green chili that both my friend and I were obsessed with. I could eat that on its own! The loaded breakfast fries came as a ginormous portion. We both ate quite a bit and hardly put a dent in it. It could easily be shared with four people as an appetizer. They also had quite an extensive alcoholic drink menu featuring wine, beer, and spirits. Wow - found here on yelp and decided to give it a try and very glad that we did. 10/10 Portions are huge so we shared a few things, breakfast egg rolls (great but would get green chili next time to dip) biscuits and gravy with brisket (every part of this was delish) and loaded breakfast potato's with carnitas (again every part was delish) and finished with churro French toast sticks -so so good. The juices and eggnog cold brew were another beautiful touch. Service was great and very helpful with suggestions. "Ships at a distance have every man's wish in board." It's a bit sentimental with Roll up, never been here but have always noticed from a distance. They've come along way and there's no doubt that the establishment is thriving. Really good and fast service! So friendly here... I got the taco salad with the birria meat and it came with red and green sauce. Delicious meat! I got my son the pepperoni pizza egg rolls... he loved it! Great food & so glad I gave this place a try today! Also great customer service and the food comes out quick despite how busy it was when we went during the lunch hours! The prices here are great too and the place is clean and the bathroom was clean too. Lots of parking options and love the aesthetic outside with it being from an old gas station, makes a very unique experience. Main complaint is that there is barely enough seating in here for anyone when it gets to lunch hours and that was kinda annoying not having anywhere to eat our food. Some were quite sweet so we grabbed a carbonated water to dilute them down and then we had twice as much! The jalapeño popper egg rolls have me wanting to drive up to the springs just for a snack!! This place is the best food in the Security/Widefield Fountain area. Don't let the looks of this place fool you. The staff is amazing and the food is top notch excellent. My wife had the rolled jalapeño poppers with the blackberry sauce, I know it sounds weird but omg so good. I had the Monte Cristo sandwich with the hash browns took me straight to Disneyland.
