It was a bit small compared to a NY-style bagel, but it was delicious; it came with butter, bacon, cheese and egg. It was crisp but chewy on the inside and the amount of salt was perfect. There was a sign warning customers that bagels may take 10 minutes to prepare since everything is made-to-order. Worth the wait though!
