I had my wedding invitations printed here after my sister-in-law had hers printed here successfully. So, while I can tell you her experience was positive, mine was not. Mr. Print couldn't deliver what they promised, then when pressed why not, I was spoken to so incredibly rudely by the owner, I was holding back tears. Luckily, Debbie works there, and she got on the phone to apologize for the owner's behavior. Her efforts didn't go unnoticed. So, that was my experience. Everyone has bad days. Maybe the owner was having a bad day, and he lashed out. But brides beware because that was the last thing I needed seven weeks out from my wedding (did I mention he threatened to throw away all my invitations?) read more

I've used them many times for fliers, letter head, banners, etc. They're always helpful & friendly, turn-around is fast, prices are reasonable, they'll do the layout for you too. They used to have a guy working there who knew what he was doing. Unfortunately he doesn't seem to work there anymore, now they are unable to answer most of my questions got my order wrong (despite me making a similar order before) and wanted to charge me for a file manipulation they did with out asking me after I gave them the exact file they asked for, when confronted with their mistakes instead of being apologetic they just acted annoyed. I told them to just throw away the order. I'm now in search of a new print shop. read more
