There were no customers in the store. I did not have the Amazon information handy. I had three items to return. The WIFi was slow and it took time to retrieve the Q codes of the first two items. But, I could not find in the Amazon email the third Qcode. I apologize a few times for not been ready and offered to wait. But instead he was dismissive and spoke rudely to me.
